The Hispanic teller who speaks and understands Spanish told me that she cannot speak in Spanish because the bank does not allow them since they have to be certified to speak Spanish. It seems disrespectful to me that the bank does not allow a Hispanic person with features. Hispanics and whose main language is Spanish, serve people who prefer Spanish to be served.

I was not told about the foreign currency deposit deadline at 2pm when I specifically called this branch to ask about this the day before visiting. After waiting in line for 30 mins because there is only one teller, I was told that the deadline had passed after specifically asking about this the day before. Disappointing but I expect this from Bank of America.

This branch is definitely far different than other branches, and I'm not even clear if they provide the same services as their other branches do. I came in today on a Wednesday, and there were no other customers in the branch. I I noticed only two employees who I believe was one Bank Teller and one Manager perhaps. I needed to open an account. I was told by the Teller that there was no one available to help me. I thought that was kind of strange. So I made my way over to nearby Arlington where there was a full staff of employees ready to help. My thinking is that this particular branch only caters to business customers and not so much for the average consumer. My interaction with eggs Teller was friendly though!

I give five stars because of mrs BEZAIT TESFAMARIAMMy first time there that I wanted to open my bank account, she really wanted to help me but she couldn’t because I didn’t have all the requirements for that but the second time she opened it with me been so helpful and patient with me that I couldn’t expect somebody else for that ?? Came in to get a time-sensitive cashier’s check and their manager, who apparently is the only person who could authorize the transaction, was out due to an “emergency”. I had to go to another branch. I can’t believe they don’t have any backup personnel. Instead, they make their customers run all around town.
