Horrible branch and experience. They would not let me cash a post-dated check (for the next day) that I picked up earlier in the day. The manager Jose, was not willing to help me and had a snarky attitude the whole time. Upon looking online, I found that it is in fact legal and possible for the check to have been cashed. I will be looking into reporting them further up to HQ and any other authority I can. You do not mess with people's money. Please do not go here if you like good customer service.

Went into the bank to make a deposit and get some change. This elderly lady was in front of me and the bank teller light skin stout woman was very rude to her. It's a shame and it's not right.When it was my turn she acted like I was bothering her, this will not happen again and I mean it.

BOA's ATM stays open 24-7 with card access. Beware of your surroundings, lots of influences in the area at night. There are also 24 hour McDonalds and Subway Sandwich shop near by.

Thank you so much to Mr.Jose Robinet for his kindness, professionalism & efficiency. Mr.Robinet is a great leader who is very humble, helpful, courteous, respectful, & hard worker. Managers are very nice there.Staff are very nice there in general including the bank tellers, the lady staff standing in the front to welcome customers. This bank is one of the coolest bank!!!

I went to the bank location to open new accounts. The service provided by Frehiwot Ayele was excellent. She was super helpful and provided top notch service. I would definitely recommend this place for all bank of America related services.

I made an appointment for a notary, showed up, waited in line for 30 minutes, and was told that no notary was available. How hard is it to communicate with your customers? Stop wasting our time! Terrible customer service!!!!!!
