I’m so glad that 1st time here in the US I’m writing a review ? It’s really a pleasure for me to find out this place when I came to the USA. Since then I visited several time and every time I feels like they are my people ❤️ Specially 1st time when I mate with my Country mate sister #Rumana. she was helped me to do each and every step to open a bank account. Other staffs are so friendly. Today I meet with #katie and she is so lovely Love and respect them. Highly appreciated for their behavior. Thank you so much ?

10-16? People work at that time. I was planning to open a savings account in addition to my checking account and credit card but how can I do if the branch is open 6h during business working hours... This is definetely not a customer focused approach. I will use other bank which has longer opening hours or opens at 8am as this BoA branch is impossible to use. A branch in a city center.

I was at the 1090 Vermont Avenue Branch of Bank of America and what should have taken me hours took me less than 15 minutes, thanks to the courteous and professional service rendered by Katie Mywar, a Relationship Manager. If this is not an example of a first-class service, someone should tell me what a first-class service is. She oozed confidence and gently attended to my request with a smile. I am deeply grateful. She dislodged my misgivings about Bank of America- my banker for about 20 years.

Roxanne helped me settle in and I LOVED working with her - she was helpful, kind and professional. I opened a bank account at a previous branch but some of my documents were not in order. Roxanne helped me fix that problem, gave me hands on information on how to manage my accounts and cards that would work in my favor. I could tell that she was really well informed and shared that info so kindly, I would visit this branch just to work with Roxanne. Thank you so much!

Literally one teller working during the lunch rush. A single customer, 15 minutes each.

Nice staff but very slow customer service. I had to leave before someone could help me.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this BOA location. The teller took money out of an account that didn’t have sufficient funds (putting my account in a negative balance) when I specifically asked him to take it from a different account that did that clearly had more than enough funds. At no point did he or the other staff member that he called for the approval ask me if this was correct. All they offered me was a “sorry”. The staff clearly lacked common sense and attention to detail. I will not be returning to this location for my banking needs.

A few months ago I needed non-routine bank services. USAA wouldn't do the work. Another BOA branch would not do it either. I tried again here. Instead of just saying "no," the folks here took a few minutes to make calls, and after doing the proper diligence, took care of business. If you need to do something out of the routine give this branch a shot. They were willing to put in the work to provide great customer service.

The employee that helped me out did his job well and I walked away with everything I needed. However, I felt very uncomfortable with the questions he asked me. I was taking out money to put down deposits for an apartment and the employee asked me how much my rent was and proceeded to tell me how expensive it was (not that it's his business but my rent is pretty normal for DC). He also asked me questions like if I had a job, which I am positive he doesn't need to know since I already passed my background check for the apartment. Overall, I felt super uncomfortable and judged by this employee. He doesn't know my background and I didn't care to explain it to him. His questions felt invasive and his reaction to my answers made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't ask for a financial advisor and my transaction did not require him to know this about me, so next time please just do your job and don't ask invasive questions.
