Normally I never write reviews but I just felt so taken aback that I wanted to write a review. Went to this Autozone looking to change the windshield wiper for a close familiar as a favor for them. I had a bit of a struggle to find the right windshield. This lady decided to tell me “Those windshield wipers are the wrong ones for your car sir”. Hoping that she would direct me to the right windshield she walked off. Understandably thinking she might be busy so I kept searching.
After a while, the same lady yelled across the whole store “What is your Make, Model, and Year sir.” I did not know if she was directly asking me so I kinda looked around to see if she was talking to anyone else. The lady repeated herself but sounded a bit more annoyed “Make, Model, Year”. Me being unprepared I didn’t know which was my fault. So I told her “I'm not sure what year is.” She then told me “Just give me the tag number.” This isn’t my car so I didn’t know it by heart and didn’t know where to locate it. So I told her “Sorry, let me try and find it.” The lady didn’t say anything.
I came back in the lady was taking care of another customer and she asked him the same thing “Make, Model, and Year sir” but he looked confused and gave her his name. Looks like she got irritated by this and then proceeded to say aggressively “Sir I need your make, model, and year sir not your name” After he started looking through his phone to find what she asked for she mumbled “How do you have a drivers license if you don’t know what car you drive” I was just baffled by that. Luckily some other employee was a bit more understanding and helped me out finally find the right windshield. But I do hope customer service will be more committed to helping guide customers through their uncertainties.

GOD sent an Angel in the name of Abner A. Not Only was he very informative, Knowledgeable and Friendly!!!! He Also installed My Rear Brake lights(which I purchased). I haven't been to this location in Awhile but I was DEFINITELY Pleased with the Service I received from Abner A.

I went in the AutoZone on Longfellow Street twice today. My first visit was to purchase and my second was to return because I purchased the wrong item. Both visits, I encountered two of the nicest AutoZone employee’s who went above and beyond to assist me.

I've been a loyal customer at this AutoZone location for the past 10 years, and until recently, I've always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, during my latest visit, I encountered an employee whom I'd never seen before. Not only was he unfamiliar with my long-standing patronage, but his disrespectful attitude left me deeply disappointed. It's disheartening to witness a decline in customer service at a place I've trusted for a decade. I hope the management addresses such instances to maintain the reputation of this otherwise reliable auto parts store.

Staff here are extremely helpful and attentive. I was waiting for them to finish helping another customer but the store manager saw me waiting and offered to help me herself. She replaced my windshield wiper and got me out and about in no time. Really well run store and great customer service!

Had the best experience when purchasing my new battery. Shaheed (Shaid) sorry if I misspelled your name, went above and beyond helping me with the old battery and installing the new one. I brought the wrong tool and he said he would handle it for me and he did. It was quick and very good customer service. I truly appreciated the help!

Shaid helped me pick out and install wipers, in the rain. Above and beyond minimal customer service specs. And per store rules, refused a tip. A star employee in an excellently functioning, orderly, and clean store.
