A young girl works there that was INCREDIBLY rude to my uncle. Melissa is her name. How could this location employ someone so condescending and negligent towards valuable customers? She is NOT a quality Auto Zone employee let alone manager. If management sees this, some firm correction is needed.

My dad took my car here after the battery died and said that the service was excellent! A 35-year mechanic explained what the issue was and how it related to other issues the car was having and then replaced the battery without asking. Great service!

Hi, I wanted to thank Marquisha C. for her help during my visit on Friday October 27th. It was the first time I purchased equipment for my car and she was patient and answered all my questions. we even went to my car so she could show me some details. I really appreciated his help.
