It saddens me to say that coming into this location was very unpleasant. SOME NOT ALL staff members weren’t the least bit friendly. No one smiled or any other positive gestures. When I came back in to exchange my brakes the young man y the name of NIECO ORTIZ was just starting his shift. He was very pleasant and helpful with my and another customer who was really in n of help. Nieco was parient and wanted to help us. He was the only friendly employee. 5 stars for NIECO ORTIZ.

The manager at this location was very rude I know he's probably upset about whatever his life situations are but he has no right to take it out on me all he has to do is do his job. I was referred to by the associate to the manager because he was new and he didn't know. I walked to the manager and asked him a question he told me because I wasn't a royalty member or something he couldn't help me because he was too busy doing whatever he was doing with royalty members after I patiently waited for 10 minutes until he was finished with the people he was helping and then when I got to him
the question was a simple yes or no question, so I asked anyway. I was totally ignored and he rolled his eyes at me catly have me a appropriate glare as the phone started to ring her picked it up and started to act as if I wasn't even standing there. All I wanted to know is if I could return a used alternator here. No one in the store help me they all were just standing around looking stupidly the security guard wasn't even paying me any attention I could have just walked out of the store with my products he was to busy on his phone. Can someone say ghetto? This was the worst Auto zone experience I've ever had. Why is this place still in business. I've had better customer service at the gas station from the crackheads trying to get a dollar. AutoZone this is completely unacceptable!!!!

I came in here for a temporary fix after my mirror got cracked off in DC.
The security guard and the folks at the Register were some of the most jovial and kind people I have ever run into in an establishment. They are most definitely invited to the barbecue any time.

Every time I go in this place they know what they are talking about and handle business accordingly and I admire them for that. Very organized and helpful. Customer Service is wayyyy excellent.

Mr. Desmond was very helpful in testing my battery and installing a new one, and he patiently answered all of my questions. I was in and out of there very quickly as well.

Ordered a car fab battery online all for the manager to be nasty with me and said they don’t deliver to the house and I have to call cooperate for the refund then was in my ear about his employers need to come to work when they are scheduled and hung up on me very unprofessional I deal with them all the time and this has never happened
