This morning early January 24, 2024, I was in the store trying to upgrade my phone. There were no other customers, just me, and there were three employees and none of them helped me, they totally ignored me, they lied to me about the products and promotions offered by the company. I left very sad because of the bad service. I called customer service and they solved everything for me and I managed to do and clarify all the things I wanted. I think they do not help or respect immigrants. I have more than 5 years with the company and more than 5 lines in my account, I was very respectful but they were not!

I had an excellent experience at this AT & T store in Chevy Chase. Sekai in particular provided me with excellent customer service, helping me out with an issue that I did not know how to resolve.

Nue was my technician who I met this past week. She was knowledgeable, patient and solutions focused. If I were to run into another technical issue or problem, I will return to ATT; customer service exhibited by their staff like Nue!

I don't know why I keep coming back to this location instead of driving extra fifteen minutes to downtown rockville. Every single time the service at this location is just simply unacceptable. Even when trying to simply replace a sim card, it becomes a huge ordeal and completely on professional remarks.

The Wisconsin avenue store has a tech Dejuan who is very skilled with assessing technical cellular issues and will get you in and out quickly. Great service!

Went in to claim a deal that advertised a trade- in of one's older generation Galaxy phone for the new S23 model. I was then denied with little to no explanation as to why I didn't qualify for the deal. Staff was reluctant to assist or make an effort to resolve the issue even when being presented with multiple sites referring to said deal.

I went to this AT&T store to setup a new iPhone after losing my old iPhone. De’Quan was AMAZING! Knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He explained everything and got me on my way quickly. I’ll never go to another AT&T as long as he works there. Thank You De’Quan.
