I want to acknowledge a staff member - Martine, and my experienceat the AT&T gallery place location. She was phenomenal! She is very professional, engaging, patient, knowledgeable, funny, and thorough. She listens, she advises, she did an overview of my acct. I've always had a pleasant customer service experience with AT&T staff which is why I've been a long term customer, but this was by far the best in store experience I've ever had. Keep up the great work! You are awesome!

Although my wait time was lengthy, it appeared that the store was understaffed, once I was waited upon the quality of service given by the ATT customer service representative was great! ? He was knowledgeable, informative and helpful in assisting me in receiving the shipping label needed for returning my phone. I used the label and shipped the phone back today.

I went to buy a SIM, but they said their SIM is not compatible with android, and they do not guarantee that if I pay, it works! So why do they advertise Galaxy phones in their store?

If I could give this location more than five stars, I would.I was robbed this past Sunday. (Thankfully, all they managed to take was my phone.) I managed to get a new phone AND go to the AT&T store all in the same day, and Martine and her team went above and beyond, even as I struggled to get my family plan figured out. Customer service was top-notch, but the real reason I'm writing this review is because they were so kind and understanding as I was still processing what had happened. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My experience with Eli was amazing, I will definitely be coming back, he gave me the absolute best service ever, I think he deserves a raise because he is a absolute customer magnate, he made my experience very simple yet pleasant, he provided me with all the information needed and he went above and beyond, we need more people like him!! Give this men a raise ASAP!!!
