They do not carry the petite/short sizing in this store.. but they have plenty of the tall sizes. The store associate was friendly and apologetic. I could see what others meant in their reviews about the dressing rooms- I didn't use one, but there was a very long line and I was wondering why people kept coming out and chatting with their friends.. seems the only mirror is outside.

IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT COME HERE!! I had a horrible experience here this past weekend. The entire time, I felt patronized and uncomfortable while I was shopping. In a store full of people, five separate employees came up to me in a twenty-minute span. Five employees in 20 minutes? I was the only black person there with my boyfriend, it was obvious why I was the only one being repeatedly approached. How they treated me felt like I was being monitored as if I was going to do something?????? I have worked retail before and I know that it is policy to ask if a customer wants to sign up for rewards, but I was not asked at all! I wonder why this was (we all know why). Definitely will never be going to this store again, I hope all of Aritiza does not behave the way they did. All I wanted to do was buy a winter coat and felt disgusted I spent my money here.

Shopped at this location a few times before and it always felt like any other location, but came in around 2-3PM yesterday and all the employees there were so helpful and so nice to me, which I haven’t really experienced at any Aritzia, even shopping at this location in the past (it’s been a year). Unfortunately what I wanted is pretty much sold out everywhere, and I didn’t wanna wait for it to arrive, but that’s not the stores fault, so I didn’t end up getting anything.

I have mixed feelings about the quality.I tried a bodysuit on. It was stained. The snap buttons were defective and could not close.I looked at a coat. The garment finish was not that great either.

I went crazy in this store... I was in Georgetown in search of a raincoat/puffer that wasn't too warm. I was heading to London and, no surprise, it was going to be chilly and rainy. I had visited lulu and Barbour and all the other places that want a ridiculous amount of money, and I planned to go back to one of them to bite the bullet if I found nothing better. I found better at Aritzia. I found a packable (fits into its pocket) puffer for under $100. I found soft, wide-bottom black leggings that I liked better for my 8-hr flight than the joggers I got from lulu. After I got my necessities, I went crazy with other things. I mostly bought cute tops that are desperately missing from my wardrobe (I rely too much on t-shirts and basic tanks). I grabbed so much stuff! Even the two shopping bags I left with have some cool art. I got a temptation to decorate my wall with them and others. The one potential downside is that there are no mirrors in the dressing room. You have to come out into the shared dressing room area to look in the mirror, which can be embarrassing/uncomfortable for some.

The store was extremely crowded and had a line for the waiting room. I was floored that the dressing rooms didn't have mirrors inside them. You had to come out to see yourself in the public mirrors where there were tons of people. Not ideal. For the price point of Aritizia, I don't think private mirrors are a big ask. The 2 stars are for the very kind saleswomen who were friendly and helpful.

Store is super crowded on weekends and had to wait in the fitting room line for 30 minutes. Don’t understand the concept of NO MIRRORS in the dressing rooms?? The lines get so long because people are shopping with friends and family and coming out to look at the mirrors outside their rooms and discussing each outfit for 5 minutes. Put the mirrors back in the rooms…Also, they weren’t well stocked with sizes and struggled to try on anything. The clothes run super small so don’t feel bad if you normally wear a small and have to wear a large here. Very elitist clientele and the associates exemplify that with their nonchalant attitudes about helping customers. The prices are super expensive but the quality of the clothes look well made. I just don’t like the in-store shopping experience for what you’re paying for. I felt like I was at a bargain store during Black Friday.

I had a very pleasant experience here, it’s best to go on weekdays because it can get super crowded on weekends. Lydia helped me out and she was so sweet! Very attentive staff. Wish they were more size inclusive though, some items sell out quick.

4 stars for the 3x I have shopped at this location and the in-store sales associates (including Lily) were absolutely lovely and friendly! However, I am removing a star as I went in last Sunday, and the associates were rude and dismissive, and as indicated by so many reviewers. One of the sales associates hanging clothing brushed up behind me without even a courteous “excuse me,” and actually had the audacity to give me the side eye as if I was in her way when I was in the process of picking out a blouse for purchase. I then had to ask the associate at the register, after purchasing two delicate blouses, to include tissue paper. All clothing in prior purchases were carefully wrapped in tissue. This company should pay attention to their customer feedback and reviews. If Sunday had been my first visit, I would have dismissed this store as easily as I was dismissed upon entering it.

For someone who's been buying all their clothes secondhand for years, Aritzia is expensive. But I needed to figure out my sizing, so I dropped in for a visit today. The service is really excellent, (shout out to Savannah!). I'm in the market for pants, and I feel like all I can find is wide legs or relaxed fits or yoga pants - NO I just need regular straight leg, or I'll take skinny too! I was at least able to figure out my waist size but the lengths are generally way too long for a shorty like me. If lower rise, non-wide cuts come back in style for pants, I would definitely come back here. Great layout, beautiful colors, very clean and roomy dressing rooms. Really great shopping experience!

Was excited for my very first shopping trip to Aritzia! I had done some online browsing first to know to look for and try on. I found this store to lack most sizes except XS, there was makeup on many items, and there weren’t mirrors in the dressing rooms. This meant you had to walk out into a common space to look at a mirror, where men were sitting.

Not a fan of this location compared to Tysons. Staff all act snobby or just outright ignore you if you’re not white and blond. I came in the 21st of June and this girl (white and blond) in a blazer outfit ignored me and seemed to look down on me (a POC) but raved all over another white girl. I’ve been a customer of Tysons location and have spent over $4k+ there and to receive such humiliation is gross. DONT GO HERE

Horrible company, extremely rude, ungrateful, and judgmental. They also regularly scam you out of your money by refusing returns or conveniently reimbursing you with "gift cards" that on multiple occasions have had a $0 balance.
