I was rushing to catch my train and had the chance and pleasure to have Anesa assist me this morning: she ordered my phone and accessories, advised me on the best case to buy + got me the company discount while checking time and telling me when to actually order my Uber. I was in and out in literally 11min! Great experience!

Eh. This place just confuses me. It's a cool place, don't get me wrong, but I got lost trying to navigate and figure things out. There are plenty of employees roaming around in their red shirts but sometimes you have to track them down compared to the other way around. I bought a case from here last week and the process wasn't as easy as I thought. The simple case was like $50 as well so there's no value.

I didn’t believe an Apple Store could have bad reviews like all the other reviews said here because I love Apple products, but they really do not care about customers or even pretending to care, except the gentleman that couldn’t hear and use an iPad to communicate with me, he was the best, excellent knowledge and professional as well, I wish this location can hire more people like him.I was shocked at the lack of knowledge for their own product as 3/4 people that served me didn’t understand what 120Hz adaptive refresh rate is. I was trying to find models that support pro motion for iPad and Mac, one lady staff there just straight up said “I don’t think you know what you’re talking about, we only have 128 models not 120.” And I was like, no I’m not talking about the 128GB capacity I meant the refresh rate. Then she got annoyed and just left me hanging after dropping off a sentence “alright, I’ll be right back”. She didn’t come back that’s when I got the chance to communicate with the gentleman that couldn’t hear. He answered all the questions I had perfectly. At least I left the place feeling there is still some hope for Apple.

Very disappointed with iPhone. I bought my iPhone 13 from this shop. Used decently and suddenly (no damage related issue) the screen is showing 3 vertical colors before 2 years, black-green-pink. I showed it to a the near iPhone repair shop. Now they are asking $279 plus tax to replace the screen.If iPhone had to short screen life why people will waste thousands of $ to buy iPhones.If apple cannot repair this type of manufacturer related issue without cost. Then why you are using cheap products in recent iPhones. Of this is not a regular issue then apple should repair it.I have xs max. It fall several times and have no screen issue. Why recent iPhone got issues like this.I have serious concern for my new iPhone 15.Want old quality iPhone back in earth!

We walked in to find two customers having a dispute which was being handled by security. In fact, there seemed to be more security than employees in general. We knew what we wanted and were directed to wait for the sales associate assigned to the table. After 15 minutes, we noticed no one was approaching us so we found another employee. He informed us the team was gathering downstairs for an colleague’s going away. This was at approximately 6:40pm, well in advance of closing. He let me know there would be 4 team members to serve all patrons and at that point advised we could order online or be added to a digital wait list. We opted to visit a store in VA and head to dinner early. I would advise all customers to avoid this location if looking for quality customer service. It is unfortunate given the beautiful location and history of the building.

I left my power cord for my Mac back in Brooklyn and was going to be in DC for 7 days so I had to go pick up a new one. The staff were friendly, efficient, and did not try to oversell me on items (I am easily persuaded). I got what I needed and was in and out within 20 minutes which was awesome since I was coming in in-between meetings.

What a shame that such a lovely building has been turned into a shrine to wastefulness and excess. I was told the wait would only be 5-10 minutes, but it was over an hour. The staff spent more time flirting with each other than helping paying patrons! You'd think that since their products are so expensive the service would be better. There wasn't a single place to sit while I waited. They will try to convince you to buy a $150 watch band that is a piece of plastic junk. Do not fall for it! The museum upstairs was excellent. Statehood for Washington D.C.!

I have been many apple stores, but this has to be my favorite. They said this is the second largest Apple store in the world. The best part about this store is that they allow dogs. Customer service is very good. It's easy to find a tech support in this story. They have so many people working here. I have had a couple of issues and their team was able to resolve it soon. I also had issues with Beats Pro, they were so nice to replace it with AirPods Pro. This location has street parking. I recommend taking a metro if you don't plan to drive. It's easy to book appointments online as well. Since they have so many technicians, it's easy to book same day appointments too.

I really wish I could rate this Apple Store with zero stars. My experience at the Apple Store in Carnegie Library, D.C., was incredibly disappointing. The Apple representative couldn't answer basic questions, and I came in specifically to purchase an iPhone 15, but I was informed that none were available. I ended up waiting for an hour before someone finally approached to assist me. It seemed like the representative had very little knowledge about the products they were selling..

I reserved a review until the second visit to the store.The first time I was there a couple of weeks ago the person I checked in with was inexplicably rude.I waited in a mostly empty store for a sales person for 20 minutes. When I approached someone to ask if they were the person I was waiting for they evaded me like a Home Depot worker.Now my second visit is going the same way but worse. Store is again mostly empty the person checking me in was inexplicably rude and I’ve been waiting for 17 minutes and counting. Approached someone who looked like a manager and he sent me to another table where I’ve been for 7 minutes and counting. Not one has approached me to ask if I’m being served. Apple employees are walking by me left and right and nothing.

The wait time was long, but the Apple staff (Kia) was very helpful in resolving our issue of a new cell phone that didn't stay connected to the wifi, and thus, apps were working properly. It took several managers to conversate with and approve, but they allowed us to obtain a new phone, though we were 3 days past the 14 return policy. The cell phone had the tiniest ding on it cause it was dropped that day as we waited to be supported. I'm thankful for their patience and assistance of the staff for resolving the issue of the cell phone, especially the technical specialist Kia.

The staff and everyone was very nice. The Apple Store was very big and had a ton of options. Great to see Carnegie library as an Apple store!

Worst customer experience ever. My AirPods had a manufacturing issue (thus, they really are unusable because they weren’t well made). An Apple agent runs a test, acknowledging it’s their fault. Tells me to come back any other time. I come back, they say the manufacturing warranty is over. I am given the option of recycling them or paying for them to be fixed (not my fault they they don’t work in the first place). I ask about price of fixing and they themselves acknowledge it’s not worth it. Save your money and buy from a company that manufactures well or at least takes responsibility for their factory mistakes.

This place is esthetically amazing inside. Staff were super friendly, as is the case as most Apple locations. I had to get my phone replaced after it flew off of my motorcycle holder and they were able to accommodate me for a same day appointment after the Clarendon location did not have a replacement for me.
