I had a really good and pleasant experience at the store. When I picked up my glasses I realized that the lenses were a bit weird to my previous lenses as they were distorting images. I figured it might have something to do with them being new lenses so I waited. Today I went to the eye doctor to figure out why the glasses are so different and it turns out that my glasses were made whole .5 degree stronger than they should have been. Very scary and disappointing given the price point.

I went to Apex to get my glasses adjusted because they were too loose and on the first try, the staff were able to fix it perfectly. No other optical center I've been to has been able to match their service. Great environment, great staff, and excellent service.

Stopped in today with a minor but annoying issue with my sunglasses--the extremely nice guy at Apex fixed it immediately! Would absolutely recommend and will absolutely be back!!

I was in town from Chicago and one of my snugpoints came off my glasses. I bought replacements but couldn’t get them on. Walked into Apex and they did the job no questions asked. Super helpful!!

The trick of a good optician is not only the stock they have but the personable nature of their service. For 5hatt you need caring professionals, people that make it a place where "They know your name". This is what I have found, specifically from Blanca, always attentive but most of all, good at what she does.
