“I have to say Kim at the front desk was like superwoman, My daughter fell ill and needed an ambulance, and my wife and I are in New York, and this all took place at 2 am. Kim open the apartment and was able to open the door to her bedroom, made sure she was dressed ok to go to the hospital. Like I said Kim is fantastic and she put us at ease that she was taking care of everthing. You are lucky to have such a compassionate and caring person as Kim.”

“I’ve lived in the community going on three years now. The amenities/events are fantastic and the staff (from maintenance, to concierges, to the leasing office) are timely and on top of things. I really appreciate the help the Ahmad provided when I moved apartments. He was patient and thorough, making the process smooth and straight forward. He answered every question I had (there were a lot) and for that I am so grateful! A great community to be part of.”

“I moved to Washington about 8 months ago for work — this was my first time living outside of Texas — and I was in a rush to find a place to live. I wasn’t able to tour the building before I moved in but the virtual tour of the floor plan impressed me enough to where I decided I’d live here. While I was extremely impressed by the virtual tour, it does not do the building or the units justice. This place is awesome. It’s got an amazing location in the trendy Navy Yard neighborhood, so plenty of entertainment within walking distance — also about a 15 minute walk to the Capitol and a 2 minute walk to the Navy Yard metro station, giving you easy access to the rest of the District and its surrounding areas. Common areas within the building are clean and tidy, and the unit is exceptional — I have so much space! Special shout out to the amazing staff here, especially the wonderful concierge team. I’ve rented many apartments in my life and I’ve never felt more at home than I do here. I plan to continue living at 909 New Jersey as long as I can.”

“I lived at "The KW" for 7 years, ending in January 2024. During this time, I lived in both the South (built in 2000's) and Historic (built in 1932 and 1935). Leasing agents will be happy to provide a tour of either, so I'll leave descriptions of apartments out. Suffice to say, there are a variety of floor plans and none (including the studios) are shabby. Some amenities of the building (indoor heated pool, sauna, gym) are truly top-notch. The rooftop grills could be much better; but the area warmers are a great touch for those those hanging on to the outdoor space until the cold becomes unfightable.What I want to focus on is the experience. The KW courtyard is among the prettiest in DC and provides its own welcome which didn't diminish during my stay. Once inside, the main lobby provides a fantastic display of Art Deco and contains an elevated mezzanine that often provided a comfortable (and very well decorated) meeting place for myself and neighbors.This brings me to an aspect of the KW which may appeal to many, and certainly did to me. There exists a true sense of community which will match your level of engagement. That engagement spans across KW hosted activities, as well as events conducted by the Residents Association. The initiator and facilitator of these relationship is often the in-building private club/bar. For the first time, I knew dozens of my neighbors instead of just a handful. Many friendships therein will persist.The staff is mostly friendly and courteous. A few stand out as exceptional, and I'm not likely to find their equivalent again: Giovanna (Desk), Lea (Desk), Michael (Desk), Anthony (Engineering), James (Club), and Vanessa (Management).There are some things to pay attention to. This is an old building on the Historic Side; and, while the bones are great, one issue plagued my stay. Our front bathroom would begin to develop an odor several times a week. It was not mild, and smelled like a sewer. Engineering was never able to remediate this despite multiple attempts. None of my neighbors had a similar issue, so I suppose I was just lucky.In the South Wing, there is an engineering issue where water will leak past the valves in the washing machines should there be a pressure drop in the system. This could occur with the briefest power failure. If caught, Engineering will race to everyone's apartment to see if the issue is presenting and pursue resolution. If uncaught, the washing machines will fill and begin to spill over. I once had flooding in my apartment from above due to this issue. If I didn't hear the water and turn off my valves manually, the flooding would have been that much worse. Some of my neighbors had this occur multiple times.In all, I highly recommend the KW for young (Historic Wing) and old. If you're a lifelong renter, rent stabilization with a young start will provide you a home in a fabulous building at a cost that's unheard of. If you want a home to age in place, you'll find a vibrant group of neighbors who are continuously organizing get-togethers and are genuine friends.I was in the middle, and figured my best move was to buy something. I did this, however, with my wife; and I met my wife at the KW Club when I was 46. Need I say more?”

“Was looking at living here. The facilities and amenities seem top-notched. Beautiful finishes and the roof top is spacious with tons of seating. It’s also located in a neighborhood with a plethora of dining and entertainment options.”

“Have nothing but great things to say about the apartment complex, facilities, and leasing team at The Chase. We had our tour last year with Jonathan. He’s truly one of the best. He was very patient, knowledgable, enthusiastic, professional, and just an overall asset to the leasing team. He made our tour enjoyable and ultimately led to us signing and being here almost 2 years now. The building is convenient due to the metro being literally at your front door step giving you access to the city and all it has to offer. The market downstairs is phenomenal with many food and drink options. The Alamo theater is down the block which is also a plus if you are a movie goer. There’s a nice walking trail that leads to a few breweries in the case you wanted to go for a jog/walk and catch a craft beer on your way back. Overall The Chase is a great place with all the convenience one could ask for.”

“We lived at Takoma Central for 7 years, through 2 owners and 4 management companies. The current Bozzuto team is BY FAR the best management team the building has ever had. Denisse and Taylor in the office and Ibrahim doing the maintenance work are diligent, caring, and most importantly, they are highly competent. It's not just talk - they get things done. It's a refreshing surprise to encounter competence in building management, they go above and beyond and they do it with a friendly attitude.

“Cathedral Commons is an excellent place to live! Price/location/and people make it the best deal in the city. Staff is very helpful, the amenities are excellent, and the neighborhood has everything. It is also a great neighborhood if you have a dog, there is a dog park two blocks away, and many doggie bag dispensers if you forget to bring a bag.”

“So I’ve been living in my property for about 5 years mainly because of the convenience it offers! The metro is across the street and Trader Joe’s is literally a 90 second walk! Not to mention if I have any issue, I’ll just ring downstairs and ask for Sequoya because I know whatever I need will be handled with care and privacy! “I selected Park CT apartments based on location as I was unable to visit ahead of time. I was happy to see once I got to DC that the descriptions were accurate and exceeded my expectations. Carita answered all of my questions promptly. Upon arrival I found the staff, Carita, Barbara and Mr Noble went out of their way to inspire comfort and ease at my new home. The facilities are well-secured, well-lit and remarkable cleanliness. Even the mailman, although not even a Park CT employee, perpetuated the aura of welcoming at this location.”

“This is a good place to live. I recommend these apartments 100%, it is a very clean and safe place, the service in the office is excellent. All the people at the reception have been super friendly, attentive and always willing to help you. They get to know the tenants personally and are always very friendly when you come in. They have very carefully about your package.
Also, In case something is damaged in the apartment, you simply make the report and they come to repair it very quickly. I love this place. Home Sweet Home.”

“We had a great experience leasing here. It truly was “quiet living” for us as it’s a small building with about 15 apartments per floor. The walls and floors are concrete so you don’t hear your neighbors as much, but we were also at the top floor so unsure of how much you would hear from your upstairs neighbor. The building is old and the amenities (laundry, package room) are shared but you just have to take that at face value. It’s a simple and quiet living here.4115 was secure, private, and homey. We would have loved to stay if it weren’t for a job relocation.The biggest con I would say is the noise of traffic. We were used to it but there were some mornings that we wished we were somewhere far away from the city lol.Terrence and Kyle are friendly and provided great customer service. They communicated and handled any issues in the building promptly. I definitely recommend living here!”

“I (and my dog) have really enjoyed living at Admo Heights for the past three years now. You are certainly in the heart of it all in Adams Morgan with plenty of top notch restaurants, nightlife, and good neighborhood vibes/activities on a weekly basis. Very walkable to work downtown (~ 40 minutes) and very easy to traverse to other local hotspots in Mt. Pleasant, Woodley Park, Kalorama, Dupont Circle, etc. Very much enjoying the upgraded rooftop features with a newly renovated gym, lounge area, grill area, and rooftop terrace. Maintenance requests always handled quickly and professionally. Also, appreciate the fun activities the the property managers promote on a monthly basis.”
