I tried on wedding dresses with Joh Ná and she was fantastic. She really made my experience fun - she was super down to earth, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about everything. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for dresses!!

The staff closed the store before their published closing time, so I wasn't able to purchase an item I had put on hold earlier in the day.

Horrible experience here - unhelpful staff and poorly trained. My mom went in to EXCHANGE a purse and the cashier lady issued a RETURN to my card. I live abroad and had given this purse as gift to my mom while I was in DC. They were unable to give my mom a solution, a gift card or her purse back. So, my mom left without her birthday gift. Staff was unwilling to help. Never buying from anthro again.

Arrived to the store right at closing time on a Sunday (not one minute later) and the employees were incredibly rude and would not help me with my return. I was super kind and thought maybe they'd say "Sure we can help you quickly," or even, "We are so sorry. We really cannot do your return or we would have to let other customers in as well Please forgive us." I will never understand rude people, let alone in the customer service industry.

The girls here are always so kind. I love how the store has soooo much in stock and is fairly easy to navigate despite its large size.

Any words I can share on my bridal experience at this Anthropologie location would not be enough to convey the magical moment I lived during my first-ever bridal appointment with Allison and Marelle.
Let me start by saying that the prospect of dress shopping without some of the most important people in my life present made me nervous and sad, until I had my bridal appointment with the BHLDN team on M street.
From the very first moment I walked into my appointment in November 2023, they made me feel welcome, special, and one of a kind. They helped guide me toward dress styles I had not even thought about and solidified my decision about the overall shape and style I wanted.
I ultimately ended up going with a different dress at another store and I have regretted that decision since. Please don't hesitate to go here for your dress.
Thank you for making this experience an unforgettable one :)

Fantastic wedding dress appointment experience! Angie was so nice and helpful and made myself, my mom and friend feel so comfortable. This is a wonderful Anthropologie store and great place to try on different wedding dresses. 100% recommend.

Whenever my wife or my daughter happen to be in Georgetown this is a must stop for them. You find modern and high class fashion that is all but cheap and yet let”s say affordable. The shop”s portfolio is added with some house goods stuff like candles or mugs. The shop has several floors. And gentlemen - no stuff for us.

I've known I wanted to shop for a dress at Anthropologie for over a decade, ever since I walked into one as a teenager and fell in love with the dresses hanging up around the space. Sarah was our bridal stylist and she was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and attentive, she really made me feel special and made sure to check in with me and figure out exactly what I liked and didn't. We tried in seven dresses total, and I ended up trying two again, all within the hour-long session. I honestly had no expectations coming in, I thought I'd try a few on and then come back for a second appointment. But I'm so excited to say I found the perfect dress for my elopement. The one I chose ended up around $1300, which was a great price for how gorgeous and well made the dress is. We bought before we left and it was back ordered, so I should get it in a few weeks! Thank you to Sarah and the entire Anthropologie team, it was such a fun, easy experience and all of the dresses are so gorgeous.

Although I did not purchase from Anthro, I had a wonderful experience at my bridal appointment back in November 2023. I love that the website lists the gowns they have at each location so you can browse beforehand and go in with a shortlist. My stylist was very helpful, supportive, and informative throughout the process. I love that many of their gown are ready to ship so you don't have to wait 3 months compared to buying from a traditional boutique. Their dresses are also priced on the lower side (1k to 2k) which is another plus. I wanted to find a place with in-house alterations and more mikado dresses, which was why I ultimately purchased elsewhere, but I credit my experience at Anthro for helping better refine what I wanted.

I had a wonderful experience working with Sable. She suggested some styles after I told her what I liked and was very helpful during the appointment. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I had a good experience! I wasn’t quite ready to say yes to a dress, but Sable was not pushy and gave me the information so I could think about it. I appreciated the help and will likely be back to buy the dress!
