The little guy that runs this place charges different prices, for different people on Pound sizes of oils, no set prices ,give him cash he won't charge taxes, use a credit card he going add on taxes deceptively, very unethical, unprofessional, greedy little guy , his very sneaky and tax fraud office should investigate him.the little guy acted like a dummy when his owner ignorantly said I don't have a license, the dude who owns it knows you don't need a license to buy, so what is he talking about , is he reference to all those Spanish merchants on columbia road selling food and stuff with no lic. I am not one of them. He needs to follow to see if all those employees he's got are properly registered for employees tax office, cause I know they don't work for free, now he can check that . Also he's lacking on Islamic behavior as far as business practices.

Attempted to call to inquire about an order, it's a private cell phone that rang to a full voicemail. Reading the recent review where the owner of that cell phone is gaslighting a big customer. Red flag. Decided not to order.

This is the best oil and incense shop in the DMV Area. If you are looking for 100% oil then this is where you wanna go. A lot of the vendors that have oils are watered down this is 100% oil. Let's just talk about the smells lasting for 12 or more hours and just compliments coming left and right. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they suggest some of the best smell goods. There's always a new creation of oil that is worth investing in and you can spend hours in the shop and you'll want to buy everything.

The gentleman hung up on me twice when all I was asking was why he canceled my order without talking to me. I placed a huge order and he was SO rude.I went elsewhere and found someone else to do my wholesale orders . This place is a joke

I've been patronizing Ananda's for years. However, I'm extremely disappointed in my most recent encounter where the Shea Butter I purchased was infested with bugs. Because I didn't keep the bug infested butter in my home for two days (until they opened again) they decided not to do ANYTHING about it. No offer to replace the butter, no offer to discount future purchases or anything. What an awful way to treat a customer that has literally spent 1000's over the years!

They have EVERYTHING! There were so many oils, soaps, toothpastes, etc to choose from and the customer service was excellent.
