A failure in basic medicine. While I truly appreciate how kind and helpful the front desk staff were, I was given the run around to FOUR different facilities across town and still couldn't get the Covid or flu tests I needed. Do not come to AllCare if you need a PCR test. I scheduled an appointment at this location via a link specifically for PCR testing, and the call center confirmed that every AllCare location would have this type of test. When I was seen (30 min late), I was told no more PCR tests were available. I was sent to the Conn. Ave AllCare location that was supposed to have PCR and flu tests, come to find they also had neither (after another 30 min wait). They sent me to LabCorp promising that I could get tested there, but when I arrived, LabCorp informed me that they had not done in-person Covid testing for over a year. Was sent to the Navy Yard AllCare location 40 minutes away from me with PCR testing, and after waiting another 30 min, was told that the specimen collector had just left, and there was nothing they could do for me. I would have been better off laying in bed.

I spent six hours today driving my partner around to different AllCare locations trying to get a covid PCR test. We were told the tests were available onsite, only to find on arrival that they did not have any, or they only had expired tests, or they didn't have the correct storage available. We were even sent to a lab location where we were assured by AllCare that tests would be available, only for the lab to tell us they haven't conducted any PCR tests in over two years. Look, I understand the medical system and all levels of government have more or less decided they don't care about covid anymore, but it would be nice if AllCare could communicate between their different locations so patients don't waste their time on wild goose chases that will never result in the care they need. Shoutout to Angelica who was very helpful calling different locations to try and get accurate information.

My partner needed a prescription refilled. They sent it to a nonexistent pharmacy and then were rude when we complained. Layna (or however you spell it) was incredibly mean. They also just don’t answer their phones, which is horrible practice for a PRIMARY CARE OFFICE. 0/5 stars.

The visit to the doctor left a good impression on me!

I typically only write reviews when I have a good experience but I felt like my two visits at AllCare warrant a review to warn others about how poor the experience with the Drs can be. I saw Dr. Sona Aloyan and Vahe Zakaryan, PA. Both of them were dismissive and rude. The only thing this place is good for is getting your blood work done but you are better off going to a different Dr to go over your lab results. During my appointment, Sona was clearly in a rush and cut me off several times to try to end the appointment so she could go to a teledoc appointment. I think I saw her for a total of 7 min max and it was painful to even get those 7 min of her attention. After the appointment, Sona messaged me on the portal about a single high test result but did not address the other two values that were high. When I messaged her on the portal about it she never responded. I made a follow up with Vahe who had a less busy schedule, but somehow he was still late to my teledoc appointment and basically told me all of my high test results, that were flagged by the lab, were "clinically insignificant" and rushed me off the phone. By far my worst Dr experience....which is saying something because I am a woman who goes to the gyno annually.I will say the nurse and receptionist were great to work with so I am grateful to have the smallest positive experience.

Location is great, the staff is nice, and things were running on time. However, the doctor I saw was dismissive, didn't listen to my concerns or offer his perspective on my issue, and asked what course of treatment I thought was most appropriate. He chose my uneducated, uninformed opinion as the treatment plan. When I got my prescription, the pharmacist recommended I not take it and that I seek a second opinion, because she found it inappropriate for my medical issue. Unfortunately, I recommend going to other facilities before this one.
