All State Courier has been the best courier service I have ever worked with. Sam in particular went above and beyond. I didn’t have a very high paying job for them, but I was still treated like I was an invaluable VIP client. They didn’t have to go to the lengths they did to help me out, but Sam made my logistically challenging requests happen without hesitation. Excellent communication, and flexibility. They are clearly passionate about customer satisfaction, are organized and very professional. I would highly recommend contacting Sam at All State and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Package was picked up within 30 minutes placing order. They also confirmed when and who signed for the package when received. Great service! Would use again!

Heard someone racist and unprofessional works here. Did you really think this was going to fly? Better off being closed. Hope you learn something from this. Otherwise watch yourself. You will be held accountable as a business and employee and that will be no ones fault but your own. Don't own a business if you can't accept feedback and learn to be a decent human being when it comes to responding and dealing with customers. We are watching and we see your other location. Humble yourself and apologize and maybe you have a chance at rising above your bigotry. Also, who cares if someone's name is English are not?? English names are boring and dull. White supremacists need to desist.

they got the job done but unpleasant, Sam told me meanly to " back off!!" when i asked him ( for the first time if they were picking up my document on time ) , use them if you are willing to take verbal abuse and disrespect.

Incredibly fast, reliable and I feel overwhelmingly in their debt. My husband forgot our passport at home in Washington, DC while we drive to New York City to visit family before our flight to London. It wasn't until our travel date that we discovered we didn't have our passports. We called All State Courier and they picked our passports and drove them directly to meet us at the JFK Airport in New York and we still had three hours to spare before our flight. I highly recommend them. They truly came true for us.

Where do I begin? Used this company for delivery of a disc that was to contain time sensitive documents. The first interaction was a bit bumpy but we made it through. The second and final time...they improperly downloaded the information in a format that could not be read. As the information had a deadline of less than 24 hours, we used another company to correct their error and deliver the information. I requested a refund for services as the disc was unusable.

The girl that took my previous order was a true professional. I called back and wanted to ask for her, but forgot her name. However, Jonathan took my order and from the moment I spoke to him, I was convinced that I would receive the same great service. We wanted a courier that would accept a 400 page file document to be printed and filed with the U.S Board of Immigration Appeals in Falls Church, VA. Three courier companies refused to accept our order at 2:30 PM to be delivered by 4:30 PM. All State Courier had us e-mail the document to them. They printed and drove our document to the Immigration Clerk before 4:30 PM. We will definitely use them again. Thanks Jonathan.

All State Courier was fantastic to work with, returning a phone call at 11 pm within 5 minutes to get a pick-up scheduled for 9:00 am the next day. Their representative was very helpful in providing a fair price and getting it scheduled. We had more items to pick up than what I had communicated and he was very courteous in sharing the increased price because of our mistake. The courier himself was great to work with and provided gold standard service.

Amazing last minute delivery. I needed a package shipped from Old Towne, Alexandria to Sterling, Va same day and they made it happen, even though it was at the very end of the business day. The man who answered the phone was extremely accommodating and made me feel like family. Absolutely the best courier and/or delivery service I've ever used. If you ever need a rush delivery, this is the company to call!!!
