Very disappointed in the discontinuance of the Holiday Loan Program. It meant a lot for many struggling families, and no explanation was given when I inquired further. None at all. This was transparently cruel and inconsiderate.Otherwise, customer service is excellent.

Great services are offered for your needs. Member service support is always there to assist you with any questions you have.Improved Online Banking service and Zelle would make it convenient to bank at AgFed.

AgFed is the worst bank I’ve ever used. It disabled autopay without informing me, and then the automated system hung up on me when I called customer service.

Wish that I could give zero stars. Denied a car loan with a 757 fico. Stated, "limited credit" because I just have 4 student loans reporting. I guess they want you to be buried under debt to give you a loan.

Everything started out fine. Things started to get harder and harder after 6 months. Navigating online banking is horrible. They will change their policy’s over night without warning. Absolutely a 3rd or 4th rate bank, and customer service is an absolute joke. When you call you get a call center employee not even a banker. Absolutely no way to contact anyone that works at the bank. 10/10 will never do business with these folks again.

Just got off the phone with a loan officer who tells me that their error is all my honest mistake. They charged an account that I cannot even access using their online services any more because it was never added back after their "upgrade" which actually changed nothing but required me to add my accounts back and they charged my card for 2 amounts that were less than the original amounts I did authorize. I am fed up with these people and once my car loan is paid off they can go off and rot for all I care. They cannot even tell me how it is that my payments have decreased after not making this payment.

I read all the bad comments and the only thing I think is that ppl are as bright as Alaska in December......bad website? 99% is the person behind the screen......being charge for "too much interest " I guess this one lost the custody of the gray matter at the divorce....I have been with them for more than 10 years, good rates and easy loans applications. I have a CC with them, no idea how to make paymets to it at the webpage but guess what? I downloaded the app and boom it works......you see, is the ppl behind the screen the problem, they don't know how to work things.....

Has absolutely been the WORST union I've ever financed with! Online navigation has been coming and going, my autopays have been working for a few months then *Something* happens with their service and disregards my autopay so now I'm behind without a notice! The final straw was that they called me this morning about the autopay and said it was behind. A little confused but ok, would have been fine.. but the worker (Jeff) was RUDE! Sounded hostile, demanded the card, and was the first that I felt like I was a nuisance. I can deal with stuff and I understand work is work and you got hard days too and thats fine. But the way with your worker didn't sound right. I'm going through another union for vehicles..

This is the worst credit union. Do not open up an account. Ms. Olga, syliva, Barbara are very rude. And not customers friendly. Over the years service has gotten worse. They make up thereown policy.

So I refinanced my car with them 3 years ago my car was totaled so I was approved for a loan but they denied it bc I was on fmla leave to see my mother whose dying... let me remind you that my job is still good I'm working now and I didn't need to have a paycheck to buy a car I had 5000 to put down but they would approve my last two paystubs in June. Also I have had two loans a credit card and been with this company 3 years never have I missed a payment or been late. So you truly are just a number to them they do not take into consideration whatsoever your history with them will not be a member much longer

Their website is absolutely garbage. Most the time it doesn't work and it was poorly designed. I have problems doing almost anything on it, thank god I usually don't have to.

As others have stated, run away from this CU. I applied for an account (with intention to open a CD) and was denied, told "unable to identify who you are". I'm a member at a few other CUs and never had an issue with joining. I kindly asked customer service to delete my confidential information, especially beneficiary SSNs, provided on the application and was told ALL data is kept indefinitely, putting me and my beneficiaries at risk of a data breach forever. Hopefully they will go out of business and the data will be properly destroyed. Update 7/10/23: No direct contact from CEO, no reply to request for data retention policy.

Got a fresh loan with them and alreading being buried. 6% interest rate but takes $260 of interest out of a $530 payment?! Then suspends my bank account to where I can't make payments, forces me to be late on a payment and is now requesting double the amount.. I seriously can't stand AgFed. Never get a loan through them.

Abysmal. I don't have the time to list all the mistakes that have been made that cost me almost $2,000, things happening I was promised would not, things not happening I was promised would, being asked to email Bank account numbers, calls not returned, duplicate payments, and on and on. The customer support is like something from a Saturday Night Live skit of bad customer support. Unfortunately, I locked in a low rate before the Fed raised rates, so refinancing with another lender is cost prohibitive. Been on hold over an hour,then hung up on and had to get back in line to wait again. Do better, Ag Fed.

Changed to 4 star. The CEO did call and explained the situation I had and why it happened. It was a security update that caused the problem. We had a good conversation that leads me to belive improvments will be made.Extremely hard to talk to a live person and the website is not easy to navigate. I had to call a customer service and wait for over an hour to talk to a person about setting up a recurring payment. It should have been easy to do on the website but wasn’t. To make things worse, the recurring payment had been set up a year earlier and had worked fine but for some reason AgFed deleted the account I was making a payment from.
