I cannot give enough praise for Afram! I had a custom ring designed for my engagement and the end-to-end process was fantastic. Miriam was incredibly responsive, and she took all of my design requests into consideration. She was incredibly considerate of the specificity we were looking for, and worked with me to make sure the ring was exactly what my partner wanted! This was such a stressful time, and the amount of care, kindness, and dedication that went into making me feel like a valued customer was amazing. In store, Eva and Sam were a pleasure to work with. Eva was wonderful to showcase all of the jewelry, from bands to stones she was so knowledgeable and considerate. I also brought watches to Sam for cleaning and battery changes, which were done to perfection. We will be coming back again and again!

Excellent shop! Sam has serviced several of my watches and has done an excellent and thorough job! He fixed an Omega Seamaster that that another local shop could not even after trying twice

Genuinely nice people who deserve your business, whether it is watch-related, jewelry-related (including engagement rings), or appraisal-related. I have brought in a watch and an engagement ring for appraisals and sizing. They provided me with quick service each time at an honest price and treated me like a valuable customer. I plan to eventually have a watch serviced by Sam.Sam, Miriam, and Eva are all incredibly kind people and you’ll feel safe leaving your jewelry with them. They provided us with a lot of great advice and were very patient with us. You definitely don’t feel like just another customer when you are there.They also have some really nice looking jewelry for sale. I brought my fiancée in to have her ring resized and she wanted just about everything.

I had never been to Afram Jewlers before and found them online. I had a 25 year old watch that had a link break on the metal band in a weird way and a tough location. I dropped the watch off with a couple spare links I had. Within two hours I had a call back that it was ready. They explained to me in detail the steps and difficulty to fix the issue, and the watch is as good as new. All that for a reasonable fee of $40. Would recommend and go back. Very friendly service.

This is a wonderful jeweler. I’ve taken many items in for alternations or repairs. The quality of work is excellent, and the turn around time is very quick! Highly recommended.

This jeweler is a complete rip-off. We took an antique watch to be evaluated to see if it needed repair. They estimated $250 to work on the watch. we took it to another place in Bethesda for a second quote....there is nothing wrong with the watch AT ALL. They are scammers!!! In addition, my husband bought a bracelet from them for $1,600. it didn't fit. NO REFUNDS only exchanges. Most of the other pieces looked like they had been there since 1982...and, so ugly!! The only other piece I could stomach was supposedly a Tahitian Pearl but it was damaged. The bracelet was appraised by our regular jeweler at about $350. What a waste of money!!! Do not buy anything or get repairs done at this jeweler. They will rip you off!

I have had two pieces, a watch and a Cartier clock serviced by Afram. In both cases, other watch repair shops were unable to solve the issues (including Cartier). Sam at Afram repaired both pieces, providing information on the nature of the problem, and did so at a very reasonable price. I have also purchased beautiful aquamarine earrings from them, also at a very good price. I will be using Afram as my first choice in Watch Repair and Jewelry.
