I feel bad giving this place two stars. The woman was SO nice and hospitable and the turnaround was so fast. In terms of turnaround and service it's fantastic. However, she estimated around 100 to 140 dollars and when I came back she told me 180 dollars. Very pricey but I thought, if my computer works faster then fine. I turn on my computer today, and it takes me around 7 minutes to connects to a wifi network (my original issue). Next, I open chrome and it defaults to a Yahoo browser (which indicates a small virus). It took me 15 minutes to fix. I called and tried to explain this and she told me that it was my school's Wi-Fi and that I had given her my computer with the Yahoo browser on, both of which are false and have never happened before unless there was an issue. I am just praying that my computer works in a couple of months because their warranty is only valid for 30 days, which does not give me enough time to know if they actually fixed my issue. I'm only giving this place such a low rating because for the exorbitant price my computer did not run as fast as it should have upon opening it.

I took my high end gaming PC to Advanced Computer Support when my monitor went black and unresponsive after some years of use. The company I bought it from was no help and essentially told me I was on my own. At first they could not figure out why it was doing this, and because of this they were not going to charge me for their services. I made the decision to have it taken apart so I could sell the parts individually and it was during this time that they figured out that my monitor was black because of a bad LCD inverter! They promptly ordered a new one and reassembled my PC and it has been working fantastic ever since! Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their PC!

Quick, knowledgeable, and nice! I had an issue with my computer's wifi network adapter. They gave me a great recommendation on how to fix it (actually an issue with my router) and since it was just a few minute discussion they didn't charge me. I still tipped the nice Indian(?) lady because the value is in the knowledge.

I spilled a bit of water on my laptop, which was problematic because these days we're all using so much technology as we work from home. I didn't panic, and let it rest tented for a week. After that, it looked fine but but wouldn't keep a charge; a diagnostic test showed that I needed a new battery. ACS to the rescue! Sarah was very responsive, encouraging and covid-safe. It's always a weird thing to leave your very personal computer with someone else, but she was reassuring. When I went to pick it up she showed me photos of the water damage, which she cleaned, and I paid a very reasonable fee for her time and the new battery. It was a great experience which could have been much more stressful. Thank you, Sarah! (This was a month ago and laptop has been working perfectly since.)

Abraham and his staff are terrific, diligent, talented, pateint and experienced. They are experts at repair and support, and a very knowledgeable about vendor support and integration. I had an older laptop with many problems. Rather than buy a new one, ACS made mine perfect - faster, cleaned up and a new battery - for much less than a new one...not to mention the time avoided transferring files, etc. I highly recommend ACS.

I very much appreciate the personal attention and responsiveness provided by Advanced Computer Support, and would like to make sure the community supports this small business. I brought a printer in for diagnosis, and after a short while I received a call letting me know what the problem was, and that repair would cost more than a new printer. I said I would buy a new one. Advanced Computer Support offered to recycle the old one. All throughout, the two people I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Terrible service people barely try to help. Couldnt even plug in a external drive to a computer very unhappy. You would be better off just going on youtube and try fixing things yourself.

They are the absolute best (Abraham and Sarah). I don't buy a computer anymore without talking to them, first. It seems they can fix or resolve any computer problem. Their customer service is excellent. They are honest, smart and reliable. Cannot say enough good things about them. They also explain everything to non-computer people like me so you can understand.
