Quick, knowledgeable, and nice! I had an issue with my computer's wifi network adapter. They gave me a great recommendation on how to fix it (actually an issue with my router) and since it was just a few minute discussion they didn't charge me. I still tipped the nice Indian(?) lady because the value is in the knowledge.

Owner is very knowledgeable. He is very willing to share that knowledge. Only problem is that it's a two floor walk up.
