I have to call out James (I believe that was his name?) for being incredibly thorough in helping me cut PVC pipes to the lengths I needed. Him and the whole staff are true professionals who give you their time and attention in finding what you need. Best experience I’ve had at an Ace Hardware, hands down.

Staff is always available & helpful. Such a nice shopping experience where you can walk into the store and be walked to what you need by literally any worker. They also give helpful and honest advice on different versions of the same item. A painless experience every time
