Excellent customer service! Terefe was so helpful with walking me and my wife through photo print options (sizes and finishes) to our satisfaction. He went out of his way to help us immediately as a walk-in client. Strongly recommend.

They were extremely responsive, the quality of service and delivery was excellent. It was the first time working with ABC DC for a high-profile event and they delivered as expected. I highly recommend their services and would work with them again. They produced a podium sign and printed marketing material, and delivered to site in time as agreed.

WOW I am just blown away! This is the #1 print shop you will find in the DMV area. tldr; they are fast, affordable, and have amazing customer service.I called multiple (8) different print shops in DC and VA to print a large sized scientific poster. All other establishments either told me that they could not accommodate the 1-2 day timeline. Others had very high prices or did not have the paper type I was looking for.I called ABC Imaging this afternoon and asked if they could print a large sized poster that I need for a scientific conference. Within an hour, they’d sent me all the information I needed and had already printed the poster. I was able to pick up the poster within 1 hour. I cannot believe how fast they printed it.AND, they offer a far better price point than every other print shop I spoke with. Terefe was absolutely terrific — he was prompt and kind in his responses, he quickly answered the phone and communicated all information, and was so wonderful to work with. The quality of the poster is immaculate. They will show it to you in person and make sure it’s up to the specifications.If you are looking to print in the DMV area, look no further. This is your place. I would 1000% recommend ABC Imaging to anyone who needs a professional printing service (apparently they also do 3D printing and other specialized services). Thank you to Terefe and his team for their immensely hard work.

Amazing service! Needed a booklet & 2 sided pages printed urgently. Spoke to Catherine at about 9.30am. Files were with her by around 12pm, and she had them in my hand by 2.30pm! Whether you are a local or just passing through speak to these guys if you need anything printing! And a service with a smile! 6 stars if it was available

It's a fantastic place where you can get help on printing out your 3d model. The staff working there are friendly. If you want them to 3d print your model, they will email you on how you want to process this. They will ask you for your file and will send you the image of your model to make sure if that is what you want them to print. If not you can ask them if they can make changes and adjust the accurate size for you. They will send you a form to sign with a payment method. I wasn't sure about the form they send me but the staff are trustworthy and will help whatever they can. I got my model a week later and it turned out great. If you have a 3d model and not sure how to print them out, ABC Imaging will always be there to assist.
