I’ve bought three pairs from these guys . First two pairs they took my payment but couldn’t fulfill my orders.. 3 rd order I received a defective pair of dunks! Wouldn’t give a refund or exchange . Garbage shoe store ! Buy from Nike it’s much safer

do not buy from this company , my shoes were delivered to another address and I’ve emailed a ma maniere over again and to no avail, they don’t respond to emails, won’t offer a refund or anything , I’m out a few hundred bucks

Do not shop in their online store!! Had the worst experience! They sent us the wrong shoes and after multiple emails, no one reply us!!! We wasted couple hundred dollars! Definitely the worst customer service out there!

Hey, I'm from Berlin and won the raffle for the Air Jordan 5 x A Ma Maniere "Dusk" at the end of November and haven't received the shoes or a refund to date. I have contacted you by email, but to no avail, as there has been no response to my request to date. To be honest, I don't know what else I can do as I live in Germany.

Super weird and unwelcoming vibe. All the reviews saying they creepily follow you are true. I don’t mind a friendly sales associate introducing themself and talking to me while I shop, but these people take it to a place that is unnecessary. Also they have very little stock in store. All the good stuff is on their web shop. Yeah, won’t be back.

Dont spend ur money here. They take it real quick then leave u high and dry with the sneakers.. they don't respond to emails don't answer calls we spend our hard earned money here only to be left with the hopes and dreams the sneakers show up.. owners probably to busy washing our money in a rub and tug.. go support a company that gives back to the community not a company who spends more time in a wishy wash then doing actual real work like boxing and shipping out the products they sold us months ago

Avoid this scamming company like the plague! Visit their instgram youll see all the scamming they do! They dont allow refunds or exchanges, all sales are final, even if they send you a shotty product! Reported to the BB and put a cancel on payment with credit card company. This company takes people's money, and I always avoid companies that dont have PayPal that's a shady sign in itself. They take 4-6 weeks to ship anything, and they never provide and shipping updates, just pure white knuckling it! I can't believe theyre still open for business the way the do business! POOR! Shame on you guys

Just received a wrong size for an order that clearly states on my order 2x instead of small,thats a big disparity in size difference, I should have paid more attention to the horrible reviews that were given, as it goes there's no refund or exchange, it's clearly the fault of this particular merchant, stay clear of this deceitful business and their practices.

Arguably the most deplorable shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered a t shirt ($350...not the most expensive, but not cheap). 2 weeks go by and I didn't receive the item. Sent an email, got no reply. I called the store and they said they have no control over the warehouse, and there is no one to contact. 3 weeks later I finally received the t-shirt and it is too big. I go back on their site and order the size smaller assuming I will just return the original item that is too big. I send an email asking the process to return because there was no receipt in the package I received. Again, no reply. I received the second t shirt 2 weeks later and still no email reply. I send another follow up email and 3 weeks later finally receive a reply stating that item is a final sale. Meanwhile, nothing on the site or on my order confirmation stated this. What a joke. I would have never ordered a second item had I known this. Trash service. Do yourself a favor...when ordering luxury/designer items....stick with NEIMAN and BERGDORF...real retailers that know how to treat their customers. Not some nickel and dime posers.

A Ma Maniere got it all around right. Starting the company name with an A is definitely the letter rating I would give this store. With my first purchase coming from a raffle: flawless confirmation, billing, product quality, and costumer service response time.Although the shipping cost hurts. Its nice to know that when the items arrive at my residence A Ma Maniere is notified by fedex relaying a email to me from A Ma Maniere costomer service. At least you get some real time communication for the shipping cost. (other companies confirm resident drop off days later)I have bought more products since this cop.Highly recommend A Ma Maniere to stand out an be noticed.

I purchased an item from their store online and when it came it has damage on the shoe. I notified them as soon as it was delivered. They absolutely refused to take back the item.Please never shop here!!!!

Such an amazing store! I stopped by a couple times to check out the store just because how good it looks during the outside. My first purchase were 2 pair from here and it was also a good price! The customer service I got in the store was wonderful I was able to throw my phone on the charger haha and when I got on the top tier the employee was more than happy to help me and check prices for me job attitude included. The whole experience here 30-1 hr was cool and I'll most definitely be back maybe become my every time shoe shop
