Asked for a large slurpee cup. Guy behind counter gave me one and I filled it up. When I went to pay, I wanted to use my rewards. He “scanned” it a few times and said ok, pay now. I said my rewards on the app should cover the large slurpee. He gestured to the card reader and said to use my credit card for it to work. I told him again I had rewards on my account and shouldn’t have to pay anything. He kept pressuring me to pay, saying yeah the barcode worked, but you have to finish with a credit card. He kept repeating, “Have you tried a credit card? Apple Pay?” I mean practically begging me to pay, it was incredibly strange.
I told him I’m not using my credit card, here’s the app, please use it. Finally he bothered to look at the rewards and said oh, he gave me an extra large cup even though I asked for a large and that’s why the rewards isn’t working. But I’ll just pay the extra large now and I can use the coupon later. Heck no I’m not doing that. Strange to grovel and lie for like $3, how desperate can you be.

Super convenient place to get most things on short notice! Toothbrushes, bandaids, taquitos, donuts, slurpees, they’ve got it all!

Out of cups for the soda fountain and the little paper bags for the baked goods. Cramped and overpriced. The person behind the counter was very pushy about asking me if I wanted two sausage biscuits, when I only wanted one.

Literally the worst 711 I have ever been in. The people don’t speak English. They have little to no selections of food or tobacco products. They scold you if you ask a question. Terrible establishment

Scammers. The price that they post is not what they charge at the register.

I'm totally upset, 7 Eleven can't be selling this type of food, these mini tacos ? should be freshly made, but rather they taste and look like they are 2 days old in the store, they are so hard that you can hurt your teeth

Nicest people run this place - quintessential American convenience store. Find anything from pizza - Instant noodles - soap - donuts and whatever else you might need in a pinch. Treat this place well because is served this area well! Keep up the good work!

This store was conveniently by our hotel. Walking would be ideal as parking is virtually nonexistent. Apart from the pretty neat facade, it’s just a convenient store. A very, very small convenient store. At least the storefront blends in aesthetically with its surroundings. I do not suspect the locals use this store often, but it worked for the quick snacks that we needed.

I was charged $20 for a two pack of juul pods which is the price of a 4 pack meaning the man working the register made me pay double. When I asked about this he had already moved onto the next customer and switched registers within 10 seconds like actually 10 seconds. He then scolded me saying “the price is the price” so either 7/11 is upcharging 200% or the 7/11 was understaffed with stressed workers.

My goodness, this 7-11 was here for a long long time, I shopped here from ‘92 to ‘94, and I missed this place very much. I was opened from 7 to 11 indeed at that time.
