Unethical. They lie about the system being down constantly and overcharge on items saying cash only. Employees are stealing and it's quite obvious. They don't know how to treat customers with respect. They refused to give me a receipt, yelled at me regarding rewards points and had the audacity to call the police on my husband when he confronted them for a refund. Of course I've recorded the incidents and posted them to YouTube and TikTok because they have been doing unethical practice for the past 2 years.

Rude employees, awful smell, rats, and belligerent homeless people at the front asking for a dollar or for you to buy something or steal for them(literally had some guy who looked like he was on something ask me for a Red Bull. When I said no her went inside and stole one. After making my purchase and walking out the same guy grabbed my receipt to see if I had money. ?)
Went two times in desperation for water but never again.
Also no ramp and the employees all speak an African dialect of French with little to no understanding of English. Plus the black guy with a messed up hairline stinks

This is such an inconvenience to the neighborhood workers and residents. There’s a very nice woman who works overnight, by herself, who keeps this location in great shape and fully stocked by herself. But when the men are working overnight, they always shut the whole store down from 11pm - 5am! How is it that she can do the job so efficiently and they cannot? This is very upsetting to those who rely on this store at the hours where everything else is closed. 711 is known for being a reliable 24/7 convenient store with fresh coffee available at all hours of the night.

This store is infested with rats. I've seen them on numerous occasions but tonight one ran right past my hand as I was reaching down for an item. I don't think the management cares about this or the belligerent pan handlers who hang out on the front steps all day either. The board of health needs to shut this store down ASAP.

Please don't eat food from here there's rats running everywhere in this store the employees are really disgusting dropping food on the ground picking it up putting it back on the plate for customers to eat the food after rats are eating of it this store needs to be shut down immediately

I CAME IN TODAY APRIL 11TH AROUND 1145PM THE GUY AND FEMALE WORKING WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND GREAT.. THE GUY MADE ME A A1 PIZZA THAT WAS COOKED PERFECTLY.. THEY BOTH HELD A CONVO WELL I WAS IN THE STORE.. THEY BOTH MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED AND IT WAS GREAT.. YOU NEED TO GIVE THEM BOTH A PAY INCREASE THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING.. IF YOU GUYS SEE THIS THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING AWESOME..

They are always trying to sell dried food to customers ( pizza, chicken etc). The government should just prevent this company to sell warm foods to consumers.

I've seen all sorts of 7-Eleven stores in my travels, yet I was still impressed with this store. And due to the layout of the old building in which this 7-Eleven is established, the store is long and narrow. Still, they seem to have made the best of it, including a few features that I have never seen before in my local Southern California stores. Specifically, they have a tea station, with different flavored teas on top. Kind of interesting. The store also features a lot more selection than some of the other liquor stores in the area, especially if you're looking for the usual snacks. I was glad to find this during our recent trip. Oh, thank heaven.

Another 7-Eleven that has posted 24-hour service but it's closed. The employee looked me right in my face and said we are not open for 24 hours. So why is it that all 7-Elevens location say they're open for 24 hours and they are not? This is a lie

Ive been coming to this 7 Eleven for 3 years now. Nice crew working but they seriously need to upgrade their Pay System. The machine is hit or miss with debit or credit cards. Cards used literally 5minutes prior next door with balances.
