Place is usually always dirty and they have rats, saw one today scurry under the ice cream cooler. I know it's DC and rats are a problem but it grossed me out.

My sister came to the store to buy something and was instantly being followed and harassed if she was going to “buy something.” Which my sister did pay for her things and forgot to purchase something else and was threatened to be kicked out the store in 2 mins if she didn’t get anything then when my husband and I went to confront the situation she was no where to be found until 45 mins later she came with a police officer because she felt “threatened “ horrible customer service!

Just had the worst experience in this 711. Mensuer is the rudest customer service representative I’ve ever seen in my life! All I wanted was two 5 dollar bill cash back after making my purchases. I was rudely talked to and I was told that I couldn’t get the 5 dollar bills because they didn’t have it. Then he rudely serves another customer without giving me my change. Then he Yelled at me which made me very confused. It was embarrassing and I don’t understand why I was treated with such disrespect. I spend my hard earned money at the particular 711 because it’s right next to where I live! It’s disappointing to know that customer service is not what it supposed to be! After serving the lady her cigarettes he then went and grabbed the two 5 dollar bill and I nicely took them and walked out after he told me they didn’t have 5 dollar bill. I already called corporate waiting for them to call me back! If they don’t call back I will surely call them right again!

For me it was the best 7 eleven in the area and I have always visited it Saturday and Sunday because I come with my wife to drop her off at work but this morning because they didn't have cash they didn't want to sell me coffee they would have had to give it away for free if their system doesn't work one because I am their client another because it is not my problem that I do not have a system until I asked if they would please give it to me and I would pay for it later but the lady who was there said that her boss watches her on the cameras and it is prohibited that lady should better be withdrawal

The real start count is actually ZERO!!! Came just get the water and the creepay worker decided to lock me in the store with him and interrogated me for now reason. Why was he locking the door this early when you're open 24/7. BEWARE! OF CREEPY CASHIERS HERE!!!

I never known a 7-Eleven to close down. 7-Elevens are supposed to be 24 hours. I will gladly vote for more Wawa's in the area because they can handle 24 hours worth of service then 7-Eleven. This is getting out of control. You guys need to change your time nationally if you guys can't stay open 24 hours at certain locations. Some people work early in the morning and they want their coffee and other things not to wait. 5:00 a.m.

The lady behind the counter denied me service because I had a service dog. She said he didn't "look" like a service dog so I had to leave immediately. This is very well against the law and unfortunate as my dog and I have been customers of theirs for over a year now.

Really great attitude by the manager! We came in for 7-Eleven free slurpee day (July 11th, 7/11) and he genuinely seemed to enjoy helping all the customers get that and other deals even though he wasn't going to be making money on them.

It’s an urban convenience store so fine for what it is. Unfortunately, the manager is extremely unwelcoming to those with disabilities, and lies about ADA requirements for reasonable accommodations.

I experienced this particular 7 11 on two different days....If your lucky you'll experience the man clerk 6.10.2021....Very friendly professional and answered questions without delay. The woman on 6.11.21 scratched her head and served food with one glove. Pleasant enough but clearly hygiene is an issue within this city. Riffraff outside lurking, its a toss up. Class or trash proceed with caution.

I will never give my money to this location again. The owner or manager is very rude and blows you off if he is busy. They had a promotion for buy one and get for $1 on chips( which ends on 8/13/19 today). They don't even honor there own sale. So, when I question the total price, I was told he don't know why the cash register ring up the price and you have pick better item. He is the one who ringing up the items. Plus, the coffee is always stale/old and it never hot. 7-Eleven coffee use to be good, fresh and hot.
