Hey yall i just wanna say DONT use there bathroom i was just trying to use the restroom and a staff member BUSTED though the door and talked at me for 1 hour while i was shatting and then got mad because my shat smelt really bad but that’s on me because i had taco bell this morning and for lunch and it really don’t sit well with me, i should’ve learned my lesson from last time i was at this 7-11 but please don’t waste your time in there bathroom because it took up my whole day!!! (p.s. im still here talking to the staff member because she won’t let me go and she keeps saying your not leaving he again jerry i don’t even know a jerry)

So I visited this location during my lunch break and the cashier yelled at me because the waters I was purchasing were marked in the fridge as being 2/250. When I made the cashier aware of the mishap he proceeded to yell at me and then talk to me as if I'm unintelligent or something by further making me aware that the .10 charge was for my bags, which I was already aware of. I understand that the cashier and I have cultural differences, however I've visited this location before and so I'm familiar with the octave in which he normally uses. I will never visit this location again. I've been in customer service for almost 20 years and how he went about the discrepancy might I add is to his and colleagues doing, is not how it's done.

It was a very uncomfortable moment, for me I went into the store to buy food. I stayed in the place because the weather outside was very hot. The cashier started telling me to get out because I couldn't get out and I shouldn't eat there. There is no sign that the Law is being violated by remaining there. It didn't even take five minutes to be there.

I'm scared to go to this store.Apparently they won't provide receipts, I don't want them to take my $13.00, as reported below in other review.It is easy to print a specific receipt, and why did they not explain why he didn't receive his money.

They charged me 13.89 for a box of ciggerates i came to give them remaining change she took 13.89 never refunded me and denied to give me a receipt i need the proof for 13.89 charge she made i worked for 7 eleven she already took what was there and never gave e a void slip that means i got ripped for my hard earned money. Im on the line with corporate to discuss this matter.

The serving staff is extremely rude and violent. My friends and I entered the store, because we were in the lab next door doing a test required by our employer. We went in to buy a yogurt for myself and a slice of pizza for my friend and the cashier yelled at us that we couldn't eat the food bought there inside the store. I explained to the cashier that we were waiting for a lab test and I told him that we hadn't been able to eat lunch until that time (3pm) and that it was 96 degrees outside on the street. at that time the store was almost empty. There were only 2 other people besides us. I asked him to please give us 5 more minutes to finish the yogurt and the cashier threw himself at us annoyed, I thought he was going to hit us, he yelled at us and asked the police to get us out. The policeman only said that he is the owner of the store and he does whatever he wants inside his store. So not even the coffee would let me drink in there.
