I have to say Kim at the front desk was like superwoman, My daughter fell ill and needed an ambulance, and my wife and I are in New York, and this all took place at 2 am. Kim open the apartment and was able to open the door to her bedroom, made sure she was dressed ok to go to the hospital. Like I said Kim is fantastic and she put us at ease that she was taking care of everthing. You are lucky to have such a compassionate and caring person as Kim.

I've had a great experience living here. The staff is so nice, and they always go above and beyond. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond to any issues. The apartments are clean and I always feel safe coming home because of the 24 hour concierge!

Massive shoutout to Deron! We had a very difficult situation moving in our furniture and he helped us throughout the process - not only did he help us set up the loading dock, drive the Uhaul in and out and move our stuff, he helped us to drop the uhaul back when he got off work, which can only speak from his prime character more than his diligence of work- Words cannot describe how grateful we are for him! We really would not know what we could’ve done without his help. Thank you so much Deron!! :) You are the absolute best!

Deron is totally amazing, always there to help, very welcoming, and always on top of things. He even helped me out with parking when I was having trouble getting a uhaul into the loading dock. Dude deserves a raise ???Amazing staff and great experience.

Toured this apartment today and the whole experience was a waste of time. The front desk attendant was delightful, but the experience with otherwise unenjoyable. I scheduled an appointment to tour at 12:30 PM and received multiple confirmations. When I arrived on time, I was told the leasing agent just left to go for lunch. Again, the front desk staff was kind enough to let me do a self guided tour, but because of the lack of organization and respect for my time and experience, I will not be applying to this building

Alex ( the super great maintenance guy) is the best! Fixed all of the fixtures in the bathroom that needed fixing. He went above and beyond in every way with a smile and such kindness! I couldn’t recommend him more! 10/10 would pay top dollar for all his work!

First of all, I would give the building 5/5 if it was solely based on the 455 Eye staff, who are all fantastic, from the wonderful employees at the front desk, to the nice and responsive office and maintenance crew. All are exceptional and I can’t sing their praises enough.
I’ve lived at 455 Eye for almost two years and it’s been a mostly positive experience. The building is in a great location and has several nice amenities. I can’t speak for other units but mine is spacious and nicely structured for a studio.
Ultimately, though, I have not found the overall quality to be worth the price. It seems like there is an issue every other week. The plumbing, technical issues (455 Eye uses a FOB system), pest problems, etc. I once woke up to a front-desk worker banging on my door in the middle of the night because a pipe on the floor above me burst.
I know these aren’t unusual issues in an apartment building and I don’t want to be unfair, but for the price I expected fewer headaches. Again, the staff is amazing. This critique is geared toward upper management. I think improvements could be made. Thank you.

I visited seeking a new place, recommended by a friend. Delighted I came in; Chris, the leasing consultant, stood out as the friendliest I've encountered. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny, without any pressure – a refreshing experience compared to most leasing agents in the DC area. Thank you Chris! Excited about the possibility of living here; just waiting for a few things to finalize on my end.
