Very nice complex to live in. Friendly residents, Great staff who are ready, willing and able to see our needs are met. Management sees we are well taken care of. Maintenance and Cleaning staff go above and beyond for residents. After 4 1/2 years of living here I continue to be impressed. I’ve met resident who has lived here 40 years. Location near Wisconsin Avenue. CVS pharmacy and Giant and Whole Foods grocery stores are 3 blocks away. Complex has in-house cafe, mini grocery store, cleaners or as it is called in DC Valet. Beauty and Barber shop. Large laundry room. Very Impressive

The property is located in an excellent neighborhood you can walk at any time and feel safe. The property manager and office staff answer your questions very respectfully and professional. The cleaning staff do a great job. The best place to live in NW DC.

My spouse and I moved to this property in November 2022. We love it! The staff are friendly and professional. If we have a problem with our unit, management resolves the issue quickly. The building and property are very well maintained. The swimming pool is our favorite part of the property. The lifeguards are great!

Probably one of the worst places I've lived. It is extremely loud. You can hear everything the people above you are doing. Neighbors stomp around in hard sole shoes and make all kinds of noise all times of night. Management will not do anything about it and they don't enforce the 80% carpeting rule. Dogs are all over the place and it's hard to believe that all of these are service animals. There's a no pet policy but that is not enforced either. Then the halls look like something out of a horror movie. The paint and carpeting are so old and horrible looking in the halls. The owner needs to spend some money in this building if they want people to live here. Then there are rats in the garage that nest in cars that are not driven often. I moved out after a year. I couldn't take it anymore.

The other reviews are correct, this building is loud! Avoid living here if you don't want to hear your neighbors' every move. Average noises can be tolerable but when it gets excessive (upstairs neighbors stomping on their floors at midnight), the office management won't do anything. I've lived in two different apartments in this building and it was the same both times. Also, the fire alarms go off a LOT, sometimes in the middle of the night. I've lived in several different cities in the US and abroad and have never lived anywhere as loud as this building.

Terrible communication and no respect for prospective tenants time and travel expenses. Tried touring after calling to confirm timing over the weekend, waited an hour to finally give up and go to other tours. Called and confirmed an appointment for the next day and it was canceled at the time of the appointment after already traveled.

Rude customer service and not helpful for the new people like to be resident here the policy is so hard they ask for one bedroom 57000$ which is so unbelievable and not helpful for those people who doesn’t have that much gross income. You should change the policy my income is so high and my tax is not high so why you not approve that is why I put this comment you keep the apartment empty months and months and still not approved people whit low tax that is not good: people pay 600$ for just west the money. I was so interested and love the location unfortunately the leasing office is hard.

If you are looking for an apartment in a beautiful location with a caring and responsive management, this could surely prove to be one of the best choices. This 16-storied building has a unique feature: you can drive straight from the road to the garages in all floors from the 3rd to the 8th. There is a big and open green space in front of the building. Inside the building, the management takes quick action in response to any service request. Laundry service is excellent. The staff are polite, friendly and cooperative. The management arranges colorful events for children on different occasions. Only limitation is that it has no gym or fitness centre. On the whole, it is a wonderful place for renting an apartment.
