It’s crazy that they make an appointment for 3pm and I got seen at 3:20pm! Why make you get an appointment at a specific time you come in early and they still make you wait this long. It’s disappointing I’ve had better service at other HR Block in Maryland and Puerto Rico and they’re not even on military bases.

I have been using H\\u0026R Block for a couple of years now and the customer service and experience is fantastic. I have yet to be disappointed and with an expedited return this year will continue to utilize the service.

They did an amazing job in helping to file our taxes last year. We had made a mistake the year before and ended up owing the IRS money and Mr. Lee helped resolve the issue with the IRS. We are going there again this year as well.
