I was gonna head to stop and shop in Putnam but I wouldn't have made it. I was worried this gas station wouldn't have existed but our fellow helper above helped out. Thank you.”

“The place is simply amazing for a gas station. It's always spotless, and the people are super kind and helpful.They have Mighty Chicken from 11 am till 7 pm, and it's always fresh.They have Snacks, Drinks, Cold Sandwiches, vape, tobacco, ...etc. and their prices are very reasonable.The location is a Shell gas station, and their gas prices are always good.”

“When it comes to customer service I give a 10/10! I would like to thank the manager CJ for accommodating me! I’m in my 8th month of pregnancy and CJ put me in handicap parking for my 34 hour reset and said if I needed anything to notify management. That truly meant a lot to me and I’m also going to mention this great deed to corporate. The entire facility was very clean and the other employees customer service skills were impeccable as well. I must say this Pilot has a great team!!!”

“On a busy Thursday, I was able to get my 2017 Toyota Tundra in for an oil change. Go to my honeys job in CT, switch cars, come back, and get an inspection sticker for the other car, all for less than the average $$. Also I was in and out both times, less than 30mins! Very satisfied with my visit.”

“I think J&H is great. Went there years ago with my jeep and that’s when I started going there regularly. Whenever I had an issue they would always be straight with me, tell me my options for parts and if it was worth going with the more expensive or if I could get away with the cheaper version. I have never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. Husband recently brought his vehicle in for a repair, and needed them to look at the blinker too as we had replaced it and it went out again shortly after. It turned out to be a much more extensive electrical problem that took more time than they anticipated, and they gave us a break on the amount of time it took. They always take the time to explain to us what’s going on, and even things we might want to keep an eye on. Never any pressure for them to do additional work at the time or anything like that. I do highly recommend them.”

“The heck with all those gas incentive programs. This place always seems to have the best gas prices within a penny or two definitely buy go to in the Sturbridge area. Brand name gasoline for less than their competitors. As much as 45 cents less. If you don't believe me do your homework you'll find I'm not kidding.”
“Clean store and well stocked. Usually only 1 register open tho, so if you don't like self checkout it'll definitely be annoying. Other than that it's a stop n shop just like any other.”
