Let me first start with the fact that I have never left a negative review on a business, yet the lack of thoughtfulness and empathy infuriated me. I recently brought 3 items to this dry cleaners, which I have been going to for a while out of convenience. After taking more than a week to clean, they gave my $500 jacket to someone else and gave me the other persons jacket. While waiting another week to get my jacket back from the other person, the cleaner would not give me a refund. It took me 3 weeks to get this jacket back for them to tell me that they won’t give me a refund because it was “re-cleaned,” yet if they didn’t give my jacket to someone else in the first place, it wouldn’t have had to be cleaned again. Mind you, they told me that they might’ve “lost” one of my sweaters last winter. I will never use this cleaners again and I hope others reconsider bringing expensive items here.
