I wish I could give this place zero stars, because I have never NOT been frustrated while attempting to get gas here. The pump rarely works, and when it does there is always an issue. Unfortunately this is the only gas station close to my house that is also on the way to my commute to work. Every time I have to get gas here I hate myself for even putting myself in this situation. I really hope they get bought out by someone who actually cares about their customers.

This review is about the gas station, I have never had a problem with the food service here.This location is supposed to accept several kinds of contactless payments, there are large signs saying that they proudly take these types of payments, the reality is that you better be ready to pay inside with cash or card or be ready to stick a card into the pump. The worst part is that they DO NOT take the Exxon Mobil + Payment app so if you use that you are out of luck. It is 2021, you spent a lot of money on putting in modern pumps, finish the job and get tech support to get the payment system working.

Absolutely fantastic. The chicken here is out of this world. Wish they delivered a litter earlier since its nearly impossible for me to leave work- I've never tried this place before, could only get delivery at the moment, so I just looked up restaurants that may deliver in my area it was this or Panera. I get Panera 2 days a week glad I found this place, it will also be a weekly occurrence! Chicken cutlet Grinder hit me right in the hangry feels, delivery guy was really nice too! Very impressed with the quality of the food we ordered and how big the sizes are, the freshness, it was hot, and arrived quickly. 10/10 would recommend!

Pizza was awesome, chicken tenders and fries were great as well. We ate in and watched some football. Service was very friendly. We'll be back!

Its really hard to tell if this place is going out of business or not. Don't touch the pre made food because it is usually days old. To the point I've almost called the health inspector. They usually only have 1 person working the kitchen, taking orders, and manning the gas station. They dont reorder food they run out of. The gas pumps are broken and can't read cards , and when they do work the pumps are 10 times slower than any pump you've ever used. We genuinely hope whoever runs this place sells it soon because it's a shame how a place in such a convenient location is managed so poorly. Don't give them your business.

Delivery usually takes a bit especially on weekends but we love the food! Mostly we order pizza but my son loves their fried chicken. Delivery people very nice.

I'd only use this location if I ran out of gas... I was very surprised to see the lack of respect for the customer. One would believe that the location in Woodbury, CT would be based on customer service unparalleled to other locations. Instead, the cashier greeted me with "What do you want?" Of course his cell phone was to his ear and he was doing a half assed job in making the cash transaction. On the sign for the gasoline, the price was $2.89 for cash payments and $2.97 for credit. I was charged $2.97 even though I paid cash, and I couldn't rectify the problem because his cell phone was glued to his ear and he was watching my every move as if I was a thief. The only thief I saw was the one who couldn't put in the cash transaction. I didn't feel very much at ease at the gas station and I certainly was not going to give this location 5 stars. I'd recommend someone to train the guy on customer service because it was apparent that my business and presence was not welcome. The Shell station in the center of Woodbury is a better location and has better customer service. That is why there are more people who fill up and do business at the Shell station because they are appreciated and treated with respect.

I use to love coming here randomly. As of lately, my wife and I have been very disappointed, the quality of the food has gone down, and we are not happy about it. We use to love running over and grabbing the biscuits with honey on them, they use to be warm soft and delicious, now they're hard dry and disgusting, you can play hockey with them. The chicken is good at a certain time, if you come in later in the evening, turn around, don't do that to yourself. It's not worth it. The same can be said of the slices. Simply put, mid day YES, evening NO.
