Frank runs the sweetest little antique shop in Woodbury, and he himself is the quintessential lovely antiques shopkeeper. He shows a genuine love for the artistry and fascinating history of his items, and actually making a sale seems secondary to finding people who would love these pieces as much as he does. Of course, because of his knowledge and expertise, it helps further that his pieces are simply exquisite! I came home happily with beautiful pieces of history.

Prior to 2006, a piece of furniture that I now own was sold by this store. It had been through a few owners and an estate before I purchased th piece, and I called to get more information for a provenance. The owner could not have been nicer and sent me information and a provenance to go with the early 1700s slant top Boston desk. Only good, reputable dealers keep track of their previously sold inventory and are willing to work with new owners.

Definitely the NICEST shop owner thus far on our first adventures to the Antique Trail! Frank was so hospitable and kind! Even greeted us at the door and gave us a map on way out. His antiques are incredible and brought us right into 19th century! Thank you!

Absolutely one of the most enjoyable antique shops in the country. This shop has connoisseur pieces that in addition to their obvious quality, have individuality, warmth, and heart. Every visit is a pleasure and the owner is a friendly expert whose enthusiasm for the pieces is inspiring.

Driving through Woodbury we stopped at Kocian DePasqua antiques. We are very happy we did. The antiques were genuine and beautifully presented. It was an upscale antique shop. The proprietor, Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time talking to us about pieces we picked out. We highly recommend stopping at this shop if you are a true antiques aficionado. We will be back!

This curated shop is a must-visit for discerning, knowledgeable collectors. The owner, Frank, is a super friendly and highly dedicated guy. He has an exceptionally good eye for surface and form and consistently stocks a well chosen assortment of interesting pieces. One of the best shops in Connecticut.

I find it funny the inside of this shop looks exactly as it did from the 6 year old photos uploaded, I don't even need to upload any. While there are a few nice pieces here, if you're just doing the antique trail for fun, you can pass it up, unless you're planning on dropping between $2,000-$20,000. The owner is incredibly rude as well, and took time out of his day to send me a caustic Yelp message saying that I couldn't afford to purchase what's in his shop after my initial 3 star rating, 9 months after I left it. Oh really? If you're actually looking for museum quality antiquities, I would suggest going to Jeffrey Tillou Antiques up in Litchfield instead. The owners are quite friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. I'd prefer to do business with them instead. They have some lovely Queen Anne armchairs ready to be purchased.
