I was so stressed how I was gona find a good mechanic.I went on Google and found Tony's.I called Tony to get a quote for a new starter... within 10mins they had a quote, which was very fair.They had her car up and running within a couple of hours. I was extremely happy and greatful for them. They even offered to stay late until my daughter could pick up her car.”

“I was travelling from Ct to Boston on Monday March 4th when my tires started to loose pressure even after filled them twice that morning. I was in Milford CT, and I googled tire shop. The closest location was Monro Auto Service and tire Center.I called the place and I was directed to come in right away. The attendant was very courteous and asked me to leave the keys in vehicle and to have a seat.I could see from the glass all the work that was being performed. all 4 tires we checked and the front driver side seemed to have had a nail in it. after 25 minutes or so, the attendant came and told me that "you are all set". When I handed him my credit card, I was shocked to hear him say, "no need, drive safely back to Boston" I insisted but the gentleman said no you're good,This was one the best experience that I have with any car repair shop in the last 30 years. I give this place 10 stars for making my day and I recommend that shop to anyone in Milford and surrounding towns. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”

“These guys are always so sweet and accommodating; they were able to get me in and out for my tire patch and did a great job. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two for most repairs and they've always taken great care of my car. This is a family operation and the care shows.”
“Great job! The guys that helped me were great!1st, they don't use an impact gun on the drain plug!They changed my oil and oil filter, checked the tire pressure, air filter. Etc and lights if you want them to.They did all this on a Sunday afternoon in record time and I didn't even get out of the car... They checked the oil pressure after they were done and off I drove.Normal price is about $50 for reg. Oil and filter with options for synthetics. I got the reg but look for online coupons I found a 50%off and a $25 oil change coupons, either way it's about $25 that's cheaper than I usually pay for the oil. Thanks guys, I'll be back...”

“Had a ton of gift cards I had received over the years for this place so decided to get a complete detail. My car was a mess inside (2 teenage boys). I had really let it go over the winter. Coffee stains, crumbs, dirt, dog slobber, scuff marks, sand...a real mess. They did such a fantastic job, it looks like a new car inside! I'm so thrilled with the job they did. I found the manager, administrative assistant and the guys who detailed my car to be very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend their detailing services. I would give 5 stars to the detailing itself but give 4 stars overall here because there was some staffing issues so I had to come back another day than when I was originally scheduled so the 4 stars was the overall experience.”

“After my warranty with Mercedes ended i tried a bunch of various shops for general maintenance. Until i needed some specialized work it became quite difficult to find a shop either willing or able. Found JP and i am very pleased! I’ve never been an automotive technician but I’ve had project vehicles so i know what’s going on. They didn’t try and up sell me any particular maintenance or say something completely outlandish. They’re very thorough and to that I’m very grateful. Sure there’s cheaper routes you can go but there’s something to the peace of mind in knowing they’re thorough. 10/10 recommend if you have a foreign vehicle.”
