Sorry this is lengthy but I felt compelled to share my experience. 1 star is being very generous! This company is TERRIBLE!! My father needs oxygen 24hours a day, the equipment they delivered broke and the additional oxygen portable tank was empty, thankfully he had a concentrator! His nurse called J&L at noon they basically told her they would get to him the next day after arguing with the representative she said someone would call back in an hour to set something up for later that day. Well that didn’t happen so we called again around 2pm and we were told the same thing; yet no call! Called again around 4pm told the same thing and no return call and no one showed up! Called back around 6pm company is closed!!; No answering service the message says call 911 if it’s an emergency or leave a message and we will get back to you tomorrow!!!! Really!!!! So here we are on day 2 CALLED again this morning, told the same thing here it is 12:30 NO CALL, NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP AND NO OXYGEN!!!!! If you are dependent on oxygen find another company or be prepared to spend a lot of time in the ER!! This company and its representatives are deplorable and rude! They obviously only care about making a buck because they certainly don’t care about the customer!! Find another service if you don’t want lots of grief and aggravation.

This company is terrible. I am on oxygen 24 hrs a day and use a concentrator. Last night the concentrator broke and I called the on call number and all I received was a voice mail. Luckily I had 2 spare oxygen containers that I use to go out. I called many times today and they gave me a run around. Finally the serviceman came at 3:45 p.m. I knew this company had a bad reputation put it is worse than I thought.

Zero customer service and follow thru is non existent without constantly keeping after them. Save yourself the headaches and use a different medical service provider.

After reading the reviews I was worried about using J & L for my oxygen needs. I have had a wonderful experience! Customer service is friendly and helpful. Dan makes my delivery on time and with friendly professionalism. The company overall has treated me well and I would recommend using them!

Awful. The 'customer' service' is horrible. So rude. Asking personal questions without any preamble. Getting supplies is so hard to do. And what does it matter if I have 'extras'. NONE of their business. Have to find another vendor. Would not recommend this one ever.

When I started using them they were ok. They got bought out and suddenly my supplies never got delivered. They claimed they were sent back and I could get them but had to wait x weeks. It was the same amount of weeks that I would be able to order supplies again. This went on for six months until I stopped ordering. I haven’t gotten supplies in years now.

Unfortunately I'm FORCED to leave one star.... zero or a negative number would be more appropriate!Despite my 100% compliance (and I have proof of this!) with my "therapy goals" with my CPAP machine these twits elected to send me a threatening letter claiming I was NOT in compliance and stating that "my account would be turned over to collections!Try to contact them and they don't pick up the phone OR return voicemails and they don't offer any email support that I can see.In conclusion: GET YOUR CPAP MACHINE & SUPPLIES ELSEWHERE!

Would rate negative if possible.Impossible to get through answering service or to get a call back.Trying for 6 weeks to get a repair,still have not had return contact from company.

My doctor first sent them an order for a CPAP machine for me over a month ago. I tried to call and check on it a week or so ago, they had nothing in their system under my name. Okay fine, mistakes happen. I confirm the fax number and everything (it's the same one that was used), I had it resent at least once (maybe twice) and they still have nothing in their system and they ask me to bring in a physical copy. Would rate 0 stars if I could, use Amazon before using this company.
