“My husband and I work on a lot of lanterns/lamps/chandeliers and often times we are in need of materials for those things. We have to order online, bc where we live you can pay an arm and a leg for those materials. We needed some materials fast. And had ordered on Friday at 2am, we expected it to ship out Monday. However, thank you to Grand Brass, it was shipped out Friday. Order arrived Monday at my place before 12pm. We completed 3 projects already and today is Wed. Website easy to use, prices are very reasonable. Shipping is fast!!! We order few times a month, so I would definitely recommend this company! My go to. Thank you again!!!!”

“Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed 2 new lightbulbs for my dimmable chandelier. I had a hard time finding the correct ones on my own but an employee came to my rescue. I was informed that they don’t make the kind I had anymore so I was shown what my options were and was able to purchase the correct bulbs and avoid having to make any type of return. I will always go to Goody’s over any of those big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s. I ALWAYS try to support the small businesses. They also offer much better customer service than the big box stores. Just go to Goody’s they will take great care of you.”

“Wow! When I entered the showroom, I thought I died, and went to bathroom heaven. Their showroom is better than my entire house! The only thing better than the showroom, though, was their customer service. The receptionist, Sherleen, is outstanding! She is courteous, professional, and personable. The girl is an absolute gem. Whatever they're paying her is not enough! Don't buy her coffee, or a pizza lunch, give her a raise. Show me the money! The sales associate, Dariluz, was no less superior. She was helpful, efficient, and very amenable. In fact, she does the work of two people. She's is competently bilingual, as was Sherleen, and they should be appropriately, and significantly compensated. Show me the money! Employers should pay for these skills, that are highly sougt after. Finally, Terry, at the parts counter was friendly, and a wizard at attention to detail, with a wicked sense of humor. You can tell he enjoys his job. BENDER should feel fortunate to have these incredible employees representing them. If you require any further details of my visit, just call me. I'm not hard to find, and I'm even harder to forget. Thank you.”

“I am so pleased with this company. The customer service is top notch. Knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered a $500 dry tile saw and was nervous because I wasn't familiar with the saw nor Contractors Direct. They hooked me up with a rep from the saw manufacturer for Q&A which alleviated my concerns with the saw, and gave me confidence in the company. I received the saw quickly and in perfect condition. Not only was the price fantastic, but so is the saw!! Moving forward, I will look to purchase from here first before any of the brick and mortar stores.”

“I had a hydraulic pressure line blow on a machine. Every attempt to cross-reference the part in the manual hit a dead end as the machine is ancient.I found the Parker Store in a search for a replacement hose. Grabbed the hose and hopped in the truck. Gordon took the blown hose and had a new one ready for me in minutes while I waited.Great operation, great service, and local! I can't say enough good things about this store.”

“I went into my Lowe’s today and a gentleman named Paulie helped me out the minute I walked into the place. I was there to get my propane tanks filled as my husband and I do a lot. He had to ask a women named Jennifer to come out side to unlock the cabinet. They both were so helpful and understanding that one of the tanks I was returning was still full and did not work. So, they thought it was only fare that I should get back my cost for one of them.They are both in the right line of work dealing on a daily bases with the public. That can be such a tuff job in its self. They really should be rewarded for their actions of being helpful, courteous and understanding peoples needs .On another note:The customer service desk the people working there are very argumentative and sometimes mean not just with customers but other employees. I get it public can sometimes be awful but, not everyone.I love my Lowe’s over the other store. lol”
