A great experience from start to finish. I’m new to trailers and towing. I had no idea what my truck could actually pull. Doug and David were extremely helpful. They helped me choose a trailer that my truck could handle and that would suit my needs. They toldMe exactly what would need to be installed on my truck and did the installation the same day while I waited. Then they showed me exactly how to hook everything up correctly and to set the brake controller. I took advantage of the financing and even that process was easy. I am happy with my purchase and feel confident that I can call or stop in if I have any questions. Will definitely recommend to friends, family, or anyone who needs a trailer!

Sales date February 24th 2023.Once again my son Nick and I have purchased a trailer at the Palace of trailers Elm City Trailer in Woodbridge, Ct. We always enjoy our experience there for all kinds of equipment. This time Bobby, Dave, and the crew custom designed and manufactured a gem of a trailer. Nick is in his fourth year of manicuring lawns. We talked with the staff at Elm City and they knew exactly what we needed. A short time later, maybe five weeks, and we were towing home an advanced “toy” for the upcoming lawn season. I will mention that my son is 12 and has seen a huge growth in his “customer” base. When we walk in we are greeted by Doug, Bobby, Dave, and the franchise girls in the back like we are movie stars. The place is a show in itself. Just sit back and watch the boys in the garage work in presenting an amazing master craft line of products. We are certainly proud to know this place. Thanks again Elm City for being there for us !!

Stopped in on a Friday morning they guys were great. Brandon walk me threw my option and information about the Durable 7x16 trailer. Went back and picked it up on Saturday ready to go . I ordered a trailer from another place and they were ok but there hours and inventory was not that great . Will definitely refer friends and family here . Thank You
