There is a person in the service dept named Jean she was really helpful and over extended her services she was most helpful & patience along with the information she provided about my coverage she is such a wonderful person can't really express my appreciation glad she is part of the Crest family

Great place if you're looking for Lincoln, the staff here is really good, their customer service is top notch, we had seen a few dealerships already but we were not finding the right car for us, when we went here, their representative gave us all the information we needed and more. Totally great dealership.

I've always had good experiences with Crest when dropping off my vehicle. On this instance, there were some parts issues not being delivered together. However as always Gina at the Service Desk kept me well informed of the situation from start to finish and with the utmost professionalism and standards of the Crest Lincoln. Definitely the right representative for Customer service and a consummate professional in handling all aspects of Customer care. Definitely a first class operation when it comes to putting you back on the road. That's the entire staff and the well trained mechanics who service our vehicles. A job well done!!

Worst dealership ever from day 1….they tried to lie to us because they backed it into a dumpster upon delivery and said it was a delay. Service is beyond terrible. Service manager Jeffrey said he couldn’t fix the vehicle and advised us to go us to go to a different dealership because they don’t know how to fix our Navigator. 87 days at the dealership for major repairs from the transmission, front differential, trunk randomly opening, headliner issues, tail light full of water, they broke our rear defroster had to replace the rear window. They had never fixed the tech bulletin for the front tire. Very incompetent.The vehicle is a lemon and upon delivery they lied…they backed it into the dumpster and told us there was a delay…nothing but lies… stay away. Never once did they test drive the vehicle to quality control it. Now under new management it’s even worse.If i could give a 0 i would have. Funny they ask us to do the survey with lincoln IF IT IS POSITIVE NO NEGATIVE SURVEYSFake news
