These are outstanding people to deal with. They are very personable yet professional. They are trying to make your experience in buying a vehicle the best it can be. If you didn’t know that you were buying a car you wouldn’t feel like somebody’s trying to sell you something. Their follow up after the sale has been amazing in terms of the detail that they have provided after the sale they have taken care of everything. Five stars doesn’t seem like It’s enough. I want to give a special shout out to Rob, who was outstanding throughout.

My husband and I were referred to this dealership by a friend and we’ve ended buying an Aviator here. The process was smooth and accommodating.
.Then it’s happened that our new Aviator and an older one had a small issue covered by warranty; Crest Lincoln service has taken care of each car efficiently.
I definitely recommend Crest Lincoln, as so far I’ve been highly surprised and impressed by their level of customer service, both at sales and service department.

By far the best service!! The entire crew at this dealership are very kind and professional . My vehicle was diagnosed within one hour and then the parts were ordered and it was fixed the next time I brought it in within three hours.
They are the best Lincoln dealership around .
On another note DONT GO TO STEVENS LINCOLN OF MILFORD ! Management is horrible . I went there and purchased my new navigator and had the worst experience! Never Agian! They are the horrible from the management all the way down to the technicians that don’t know what they are doing ! My vehicle has been there numerous times for the same issue over the past eight months and they could never resolve it even after keeping my vehicle there for days at a time .The entire place is a joke ! I then brought it to Crest Lincoln and the issue was resolved in 2 short visits ,
1 for diagnose and 2nd for repair .
“Crest is the best”for all your needs from sales to service !

First time at Crest Lincoln and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful showroom and many areas to sit and relax while waiting for my car to be serviced. Will definitely be bringing my other Lincoln to this facility again. BTW, special thanks to Jean for making the entire experience so smooth and seamless.

Brought my car in for something I thought was minor, mentioned one other thing I noticed which happened to be major. Crest set me up with a very nice loaner, delivered my car right to my work place when it was completed. I bought a Mercury from them years ago when they were still around and always had a great experience with Crest, that’s why we came back.
