Total transparency the entire time; They handled everything with our insurance to get us in a rental for the 2 week repair and we got it back looking like new! “We had D’Addario Collision repair the rear bumper on our A4 after someone backed into it. They did a phenomenal job on the repair! Our biggest concern going into the repair was their ability to color match the new bumper with the rest of the car’s paint. You can’t even tell that the bumper was repaired! Steve was very helpful throughout the entire process. Before the repair, he went through the various options we had to go about repairing the damage; explaining the pros and cons of each. He quoted each option to give us a clear understanding of what the numbers looked like. During the repair, he made sure to communicate any updates.
