Wells Fargo confirmed an appointment twice to fix their screw up - when I got there they had to cancel my appointment - did not contact me to advise me - wanted me to wait 45 mins - did not wait easier to close my account - they just do not care -- terrible customer service

Elizabeth did not help me fill out any forms for business application she said “she was not comfortable to do it”, yes it was a lot of forums but that is her job. I make an appointment at Wells Fargo in Waterbury Ricky helps me get it done all in one go.

The problem was a very rude and inconsiderate atm customer who parked in the handicapped spot which I told him that was a handicapped spot he ignored me and when i was leaving and taking a picture he gave me the middle finger. Posted his truck and plate from front and his picture of giving me the finger also. Can the bank do something and have him issued a ticket for illegally using the handicapped spot. Thank you Albert Lawrence
