If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I have been working with Jorge for over 10 years on so many occasions and when I say he never disappoints. My mom recently passed away and the flowers he did for her funeral were just breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for anything better during such a difficult time. If you are looking for someone who is professional, beyond talented, trustworthy to nail exactly what you need then Jorge is your go to floral designer. He is amazing.

Urban Floral did a fantastic job on an arrangement for my Mom after the death of my Grandmother. I requested as much purple as possible as my Grandma loved purple, and they went above and beyond! They delivered next day and my Mom loves them. Thank you!

I am posting two reviews for two arrangements sent through Urban Floral based in Wolcott, CT (and I was ordering from Boston and I wanted a local florist) :June 2, 2022:Second photo attachment:My sister-in-law was hospitalized at St Mary's Hospital, Waterbury, for several days for trigeminal neuralgia, which is very painful.When she was discharged to go home to Prospect, I ordered a colorful bouquet, the designer's choice arrangement, and Jorge was very helpful and I knew that he would put together a stunning arrangement. The flowers cheered up my sister-in-law and she was touched by the gesture.She sent me a photo so I could see the arrangement, which was equally beautiful to arrangements that I have ordered in the past from Urban Floral in Wolcott, CT.I highly recommend buying from this Business. Their customer service is excellent, and I will be back many times over.Thank you Urban Florist and Jorge for your creativity and putting a smile on my sister-in-law's face!(First Photo Attachment):May 7, 2022:I called and spoke with Jorge on Mother's Day weekend for a bouquet for my Mom's best friend, who I visited and took out to lunch on the Friday, May 6, 2022 before Mother's day weekend.I had tried several florists and they all said that they were at capacity with orders for Mother's Day.Jorge took the order, and I asked for a cheerful array of flowers, and attached is the photo, which is one of the most amazing arrangements that I have ever sent.Jorge is professional, an excellent listener, and delivered on time, and even called afterwards to let me know that the arrangement was dropped off.My Mom's best friend is 96 years young and was thrilled!This is one of the best florists that I have ever done business.If I could give Jorge 10 stars he would get this rating!Superb!Thank you so much for making my Mom's best friend's day!Very appreciative!Our thanks!

I wanted to send flowers to my Mom's best friend, who is 96 years old, and lives in Naugatuck. I called several florists on Saturday before Mother's day and no one could accommodate. I called Urban Florist and the lovely gentleman, Jorge, was able to get a beautiful arrangement out on Saturday, May 7th, and he even called to let me know that the flowers were received. The service was 10 out of 10, and I am grateful that this florist could accommodate. Thank you so much for putting a smile on my Mom's best friend's face, and creating an excellent Spring arrangement! Our thanks!

This past weekend we had a wake and memorial service for our mother at The Woodtick Memorial in Wolcott and Jorge of Urban Floral was recommended by a friend. We met with Jorge and described what we wanted and had seen on the FTD pages. After explaining that he couldn't get the heart shaped base to build upon but promising a spray of flowers that would express the sentiments we felt, we trusted him and Jorge truly listened to our important but small details about the mixing of sizes, colors and plant types and delivered flowers that surpassed our expectations. The presentation for the her Urn was just spectacular! Jorge just became our family's Go-To for our floral needs. Thank you Jorge.

Last week I needed to order flowers for a friend who was recently widowed. Based on Yelp reviews, I went to Urban's website to place my order. But then I saw a banner at the top of the web page saying that they couldn't always guarantee selection, because of Covid induced supply shortages. So, I called and spoke with Jorge. I told him which arrangement I favored and asked what he could do. He was wonderfully patient, and went online to his vendor to see what he could get. He then explained what he could do, which I thought was perfect. A few days later, my friend called to say that the arrangement she received was overwhelmingly beautiful and that she loved it. Today, a week later, I called her to say Hi and she told me that the arrangement is still gorgeous and that she's received so many compliments on it from visitors. I wish I lived closer, so that I could give Jorge more business. He apparently deserves it.
