We have always wanted to come here and finally made it! Definitely not disappointed. The hospitality is great to go along with the food. A positive atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I would definitely suggest it to my friends and family.

Went here for Thanksgiving dinner with 8 other people. Food was cold, stuffed mushrooms app was tiny and cold, entree came with a table spoon of sides (stuffing BF, mashed, carrots) all cold. Prime rib was cold and tough. The bread was good. Decor is from 20 years ago and out dated. Place is falling apart . Not worth the money.

Went to lunch with a friend. We were the only people in the restaurant and thought it may not be popular. No one even in the bar. We wanted to talk, but the server kept coming over hovering and talking and pushing us to have dessert when we didn't want it. My caprese salad was small and the same price as my friend who had a much bigger spinach salad. We both thought it was just ok. I would not go out of my way to eat there. In the past, I had a good meal. Then we had coffee and the server spilled my friend's coffee when serving it. The place has been there a long time and they need to paint the doors coming in as they are all peeling. It looks tired.

My husband and I ate at Mona Lisa's tonight and had a superior meal. The service was friendly and efficient. My husband had chicken Parmesan, which he usually has when we go out to dinner. He said the sauce was the best. I had the monk fish with capers olives, sun-dried tomatoes and angel hair pasta. It was delicious. I asked for rose wine which was not on the menu. They did indeed have it, and brought me some ;it was perfect. We definitely will be returning here for the next time we want to go out to dinner.

Really good food here. The bread was AMAZING, and that's an important part of my criteria for assessing Italian restaurants. They give you warm, crunchy, hard rolls and butter that they quite possibly make themselves. I had fettuccine Alfredo with breaded chicken that I requested be added on, and that was also great. It's creamy and has a rich flavor. The portion size is big enough that I got two meals out of it. Some of the lettuce in the salad was extremely wilted, but I felt like that was minor since they could easily be picked out. The only other thing I don't love about this place is the vibe - it just seems dated. But if you're looking for a solid meal in the area definitely come here. They also have a ladies night special on Thursdays and for $20 you get an app, dinner, and dessert, which is a really good price. My mom got it and really enjoyed it, especially the shrimp appetizer. They're also pretty friendly here so that's a plus.

We have been going to Mona Lisa occasionally for quite a while now, and every time we go we always have an excellent time between the delicious food, tasty drinks and good friendly service! Our waitress has a good personality and we like talking to her whenever we go! The Groupon that they offer is a good deal as well! It's nice that they have various dinner and happy hour specials every day, which is always something different that we usually don't have at home! The Zuppe de Pesche dish is out of this world, especially if you get the one for two. Its definitely worth the money for sure! Whoever cooks the food does an excellent job in making it! It tastes so good that we always want to come back for more! I would highly recommend Mona Lisa for anyone who loves to eat some good Italian cuisine! Keep up the good work!

Food and service are hit or miss, one visit was really good, the next visit not great. The chicken parm was not fresh, the breading was like a scab so thick and just peeling off of the dry cutlet that clearly wasn't made today. Normally I'd present issues to staff, but our server disappeared and never asked how everything was, the hostess cleared our plates. When I told our server who returned after our meal was over, her solution was to have the kitchen remake for me the same lousy dish, she got defensive saying no one else has complained. At $17 a dish that's unacceptable and we likely won't be returning because of how it was handled. On the plus side the prior trip I ordered the sams special chicken and it was excellent.

My husband & I enjoyed it so much we went back & celebrated our 1 year anniversary dinner there & to our surprise another couple was also celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary , I loved the shrimp scampi & the steak is also good , my husband loves the house dressing & fresh salad , we enjoy the hot dinner rolls also & the tiramisu is also good , been their for lunch with a client & the lasagna is excellent as well .

Went with the family while in town to visit the grandpa. Dinner was perfect. Veal was so tender and the service was great. Easily a 5 star review.

Great food great atmosphere. Absolutely love the live music Friday and Saturday nights . Only negative is the receipt I found in my sprite and was still charged for it.

First time eating at the bar. Bartender was over whelmed with 6 people at the bar. I ordered a few appetizers. I wasn't given any utensils nor a napkin. I had to ask for a napkin after my food arrived. I had sesame seared tuna on Salad which came with no aole or or dressing at all. Also tasted like it was warmed by microwave some pieces were hot others were refrigerator cold on the bottom. I had to beg for a second beer. I have eaten here before in the restaurant service and food was good, perhaps a bad night.
