I’ve been getting my groceries here for a couple weeks and it was pleasant up until my experience with their bakery department. I have been looking for their tiramisu cake that I enjoyed the one time i was able to get it, but was told “no, not today” 2 days in a row. The third day I call early, ask to hold tiramisu cake slices for me since it sells out or whatever is going on, and was told by an employee, “we’re too busy to make tiramisu, try calling next week.” Then I spoke to the bakery manager, and she told me the exact same thing and that I can’t even order a tiramisu cake til next week maybe! Finally, I spoke to a manager running the store named Mark, and once again, he said that the bakery dept. is “too busy to make tiramisu cake, and to try next week.” Small or big store, I’m absolutely baffled this is how they decide to run a business…completely ridiculous. If store management tells you they’ll make a product they advertise on their own time, shop elsewhere.

I never implied anything you made was frozen or expected it to be made right at the moment I asked. The point is, you guys were not making it at all and made me think oh, i can just try again tomorrow, that is until I called and discovered how this is being handled. Also I was never told a baker would come in on their day off to make it for me, and was never offered to be “made a cake on Monday.” Maybe this is what you were gona say before I said i’m all set. This is a lie through and through.

Pat's has been a solid retailer for the Wolcott community for many years. They have a great deli with a wide variety of excellent homemade foods. Their grinders and sandwiches are as good if not better than any of the competition. Hands down it is my "go to" deli.

I’ve bought items from here multiple times, both cooked food and bakery items. Twice, items have been completely mislabeled and/or the wrong item entirely. This is a future lawsuit for those with allergies waiting to happen.

unclean store, doesn’t let customers use bathroom, a couple incidents where i’ve heard staff family arguing in store… will not be returning.

Awesome hometown grocer. Fresh produce, great meats, wonderful staff. They have catered numerous family events with rave reviews from guests. Highly recommend!

One week ago ,few strawberry fruit cakes in case the fruit on top was not fresh and had best by date was another 3 more days if purchased wouldn't been able to last til then wouldn't of been thrown out
