Responsive, professional and honest. Some people might not like the honest part but those are cheaters. Beware of fake bad reviews, I personally recommended 3 family and 4 personal friends who all thanked me for introducing Mike. He will not communicate with clients. He has misfiled and/or withheld filing clients taxes. Clients including his friends and family. He takes 0 responsibility and becomes belligerent when confronted.
