I’ve had several pedicures and have never had to wait. The atmosphere is relaxing and the people are always nice. I usually get the gel polish and it lasts at least a month and a half but never had the polish chip off. The last one I had the young girl did a fabulous job. I would recommend them.Service: Pedicure

I don’t really know why there are so many bad reviews on here. They were very friendly, it was very clean, and very quiet and relaxing. They did a great job and did anything I asked them to do for my nails.

First time trying M Nails and had a very positive experience! I got a pedicure (spa package #1) and the man that did everything was very attentive to detail and took his time. It was very clean and I was provided with a menu of prices to pick out exactly what I wanted. They have a free “membership” to earn points which I signed up for - the girl that rang me out noticed my birthday was coming up soon and gave me a $10 gift card as a birthday benefit. Never coming back!! After being a long time customer and a generous tipper, I was mocked by staff!!I fell in love with a powder gel polish I saw on line and asked if I could bring it in. They said Yes. I was excited.They laughed at my polish and took pictures.They applied several layers of clear powder gel and then put on a thin layer of the polish I brought in with an EYESHADOW APPLICATOR.I said this is powder gel. It's supposed to be dipped. They said the color is narrow. You mean the container the polish is in?? We could easily have put it in something else so we can dip. No. They insisted on using the eyeshadow applicator. These are the results. Smudges, smears, and polish you can see through. Seriously a joke.Do better MNails. After frequenting your salon for over a year, I expected more

The worst place to get nails done!Unprofessional, they rush, nails are crooked, French manicure lines are crooked. They charge to take gel off nails but leave nails full of gel! Besides the fact that this salon is filthy!! Last time I went for a manicure I had other clients nail clippings under my hand!!!!Disgusting salon!

I went to 2 other nail salons where no one even said hello to me before coming here...I knew I had to wait and was ok with that. I got a gel polish cange on my toes and it came out beautiful! The man's name tag only had a K on it so I'm not sure of his name.He was very thorough and got all my cuticles too! I also like that the gel wasn't 3 inches thick so it looks natural. will definitelycome back and ask for K?

They were on time for my appointment, really polite and did a wonderful job. Place was really clean. He shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them and did a great job painting them. Would definitely recommend.Services: Gel manicures

I went here because I saw on Facebook that they did good pedicures. I came and got a gel pedicure which costed $48 before tax. That’s a normal price, a little higher because i’m used to $42-$45 but not by much. However, at other places this price includes at least a five minute foot rub. My pedicure felt extremely rushed, and my girl did not even rub - I got maybe 30 seconds. I understand I got just a regular pedicure but for $48 I expect more than just my toes painted. I got my gel done on Tuesday… I am writing this Thursday night as my toe already has flaked off. I always get gel and it lasts at least a month… I didn’t bump my foot or anything. I am very upset with this. I had high hopes too because they had tons of gel colors. I would not return here if the regular pedicure is basically just toes getting painted and shaped, with gel that chips in two days.Service: Pedicure

I was very disappointed when the original owners were bought out. This a the total opposite from Graces Nails. The first time I tried them it was ok. They did take my nail card that had a lot of visit and put it in there book so at least I got the credit. They are more expensive than Graces Nails. I stopped by just the other day with a gift certificate that Graces Nails gave me but now M Nails would not accept it. I may go back in a pinch but their prices are too expensive. So expensive they don't even post them on the wall for you to see. The prices are in a little flip page book you have to ask for. When I asked the difference between the pedicure prices she explained it but I couldn't understand it. So I would say don't go there unless you are in a pinch and don't mind spending more than the average nail salon.

Not too pleased with most recent experience. I went in to remove acrylic from my nails and the quality of work was not up to par. The gentleman that did the removal was pleasant but the work was horrendous...uneven and sharp edges that need to be taken care of asap.. Additionally, when I called to ask for pricing, I was informed that it would be $15. I was charged $20 by someone else.
***The owner is a lovely man. He takes pride in his business. Excellent customer service*** This still stands.
