My daughter and son both attended Bright Start and I have been very happy with the care they have recieved. When I drop off my son, I know he is safe and in good hands with this daycare/preschool. As a family business owner myself, I can see how much they love their center and how much they care for the children who go there. I don't think I would be able to work if it wasn't for Bright Start. I'd highly recommend them.

Racist!!! Owner is very racist, rude on the telephone. If you are black, this owner will treat you like you're trash. My daughter was injured 2x there, with blood on her knee, and a scratch on her face. When asked about where the scratches came from, staff lied and said she came with it. owner said I don't have time to look at camera , then hung up in fiancé face. Owner then kicked my daughter out of daycare, then called police and made a formal complaint saying we can't go back to the business. We had another black friend who the owner treated the same way! please if you're a minority , or even care about your child, find another daycare.

We just finished 7 years with Bright Start and couldn’t have been happier! My two kids started in the infant room and went all the way through PreK and loved it! Staff was great! My kids were happy, healthy, safe and learned so much! We will miss Bright Start!!!

Awful daycare. The most unprofessional facility I have ever had to deal with. Some of the aids are great, but the director and teacher, Jen, are very rude, unapproachable and inappropriate (ex making negative comments in front of children about parents). When a situation was brought up, it was quickly dismissed and my child deemed a “liar” and “trouble maker”. Director is also very petty, making 5 star reviews on here for the business and mocking honest, often negative, feedback on social media (facebook). Do not waste your time, energy and money. I pulled my daughter out and will never look back.

My twin girls had an amazing experience at Bright Start. I found the staff to be very professional and kind. And, the place is so clean. Having two kids in daycare is tough financially - but always found the team at Bright Start to be flexible and helpful. Thank you!

Awful attitude and lack of ethic and professionalism over the phone. First impression, totally disappointing. Would never trust leaving my baby in this place.

Best childcare center in the area. Caring staff who treat children like their own. Small, family owned business - not a corporation run on government grants. Pricing is comparable to other privately owned schools. Trust and safety are number one priorities.

Director of the day care Chris needs to learn how to communicate better with parents. She is all about her money and can care less to build a relationship with the children and parents. You want to run a business learn how to talk to your customers in a proper way instead of offending them. That’s how you lose business.
