“My stove just stopped working on Dec.23rdI had a ton of cooking to do for Christmas Eve.I desperately needed a stove with a double oven.I was able to purchase a Whirlpool with a double oven that day.Unfortunately they were not able to deliver it so I had to get movers.So I had the stove on the 23rd.They were very helpful”

“I’ve been to a lot of Home Depots within the last year and this location was by far the kindest staff. One guy offered me a cart while I was carrying large bins and then the woman at self checkout scanned my bins for me, helping me expedite checkout.”
“1st of all, I dealt personally with the owner!! Raquel was FANTASTIC!!! Very personable, over accommodating! I had hard measurements I had to fit a fridge in, and she worked with me diligently to make sure I got what I needed, as well as what I wanted! The communication was awesome! She,"cares"!!! Which you can't say that often these days They provide delivery for a low price and the guys that delivered were professional and considerate! Definitely recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again! The refrigerator is in great condition and we are extremely happy with our purchase! If I could, I'd give them 10 stars ?”

“I have always written reviews for restaurants I've been to or products I've purchased. After writing a good amount of reviews for products I purchased at home depot I was invited to join the Home Depot Seeds Program. This program allows you to pick (5) products each month to review. You get to keep the products that you review. This is an invite only program and I made a video that explains the program and how it works.”
“I always find what I need, but it’s not because everyone is perfectly trained and personable. But at least I can attest I get better help than in Lowe’s.We’re living times where unfortunately true customer service is fading.”

“I was in the market for compacted saw dust bricks and haven't had luck finding them so I called Blazing Hot Stoves. I spoke with Christine and while she didn't have them, she took time to tell me where I could find them and what exactly to look/ask for.She didn't have to do this but she did! I appreciate this business for going out of their way to help me and they now have a new customer! Give them a shot, they're excellent!”

Customer service is a breeze to return things or pay your HD cc bill. The app is kinda sucky tho when they do inventory or when they rearrange items. But that's a glitch all HD's have. I deducted a star for location. It is NOT in the best spot. It's a lil sketchy, especially @ night. Keep your head on a swivel. Situational awareness is a MAJOR thing these days.”

They went above and beyond for him today, they showed him true kindness and understanding. He loves the the kid events and the projects that he is able to make. My son has Autism and looks forward to being able to create items that he can be proud of making for himself. He may be an adult in age, but a child in his heart and this store has let him achieve his potential with this event, it lets him succeed.”

“Very helpful group, from Jeremy instore, to delivery & install with Nestor & Michael. My family has always been Sandys people because their prices & appliances are good & reliable. Jeremy went above & beyond, i, not knowing their hours blew in there just as they were closing on friday & he didnt make me feel like a j*** which he very well couldve blown me off & told me to come back. i asked him to hold an appliance til Monday & told him i would buy then. Due to kidney stones on Sunday, & Monday I was out of commission. They agreed to wait til tues after my docs appt, and they were quick as a bunny after i got out. These guys know what they're doing & they were helpful with recommendations especially given we just had a house fire 3 houses up. We are not Home Depot or Lowes people -we will always be Sandys people because of price, service & quality. and there's alot to be said for their people skills.”
