The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with an Optometrist. Have dealt with serious vision issues my entire life. Dr. Saunders and the entire staff were welcoming, understanding and patient. He took all the time I needed and answered all my questions with care and understanding. I will absolutely continue to trust my vision care to him.

My experience was wonderful, Scott was very informative about everything he was doing and he made me sure I understood exactly what was going on with my eyes during the exam and afterCindy his assistant helping with picking out glasses was very friendly and helpful, very patient because I couldn't decide which glasses I wanted ,also made everything a wonderful experience... a big thkyou to both Dr.Saunders and Cindy

Dr Saunders has the best bedside manner with kids I think I've ever seen. Not only does he love helping people see better, but his love for life is infectious. Everyone else in the office was kind and helpful as well.

Not good customer service at the front desk. The doctor is always pleasant however they never have availability and are always “double booked” yet at the same time also said the doctor doesn’t come in until 2.

Absolutely fantastic staff and experience. I walked in, I went into the exam room right away (if corporate is listening get this guy the BIG camera ;D, they are worth it!). Very personal and answered all my questions very kindly. Saw the doctor right away and he already knew my history and had a plan, I love that. Very professional and very organized and well communicated approach to his work, I really appreciated it as eye work can be fickle for people like me. Picked out 2 pairs of glasses I loved with their help, can't wait for them to come in!

This MyEyeDr. location has been nothing short of fantastic for me. Dr. Saunders did an amazing job with my eye care, was very thorough, and was a pleasure to speak with! All of the staff there are amazing in fact, and there's also a decent selection of frames depending on your tastes. The office is also remarkably clean, and aesthetically pleasing!Overall, I would come back here again, for every time I've been was terrific, through and through!

Horrible service. My husband was there to pick up my contacts and the worker would not open the door for him because the doctor was not there. He proceeded to call the office, since he knew someone was there, and the woman saw him and walked to the back away from the phone. Never picked up. I just got off the phone with her. She was talking over me. I let her know that online it states the office is open until 6pm and she stated that it doesn't matter what online says when the doctor isn't in the office is closed. If the office is closed why is she there? I told her I would like for them to mail me the contacts but I will not pay for the shipping since they refused release them to my husband and she told me NO. She lied and said my husband was cursing at her through the door and that she was ready to call the police and was scared for her life. There was another gentleman there with my husband and no such thing ever occurred. The gentleman even told my husband he has been waiting 2 weeks for his contacts and no one answers the phone or gets back to him. The young woman hung up on me and now will not pick up the phone stating she would call her manager. Yes, I want to speak to the manager because my contacts will be mailed to me I am not making another trip out there for this kind of treatment and will not stop leaving reviews until this is fixed.

Dr, Scott Saunders is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. More than willing to take whatever time is needed to answer your questions and allay your concerns. The entire office staff is the same way. Very comfortable ,friendly and professional visit. Highly recommend this office.
